An amazing experience and very good value for money, staying in this place makes the time fly with feeling that you need anything.

The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful.

Variety of food was good.

The place has a lot of green places that made me feel good.

The lighting at night were soothing and gave me calm feeling and a feeling that I want to stay outside the room.

The Cleopatra is a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The gardens are kept immaculate and the communal areas very clean. It was our second visit and hope to come again. The reception team are very helpful. Waiters, bar staff, room cleaners all amazing. No problems.
Would recommend to anyone especially for a calm Drop and Flop holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is always kind and helpful, they are always smiling and polite. The view is amazing. The room was big and nice, maybe a bit dated. The shower room is spacious with excellent water pressure, but a bit to cold for myself even on the highest temperature level. Fresh towels every day, and beach towels included. The drinks were nice, and we really liked the local beer. The food was ok, not wow and not too much variety, but there is something for anyone. The pools are clean, the beach is very nice. You feel safe and well looked after. We'll definitely come back.

Stayed in October with my partner, we extended by 3 extra nights as we enjoyed it so much. The rooms are beautiful, so clean, they offered us to stay in the adults only as they thought it was our honeymoon!! Adults only was 100x better, pools were lit up at night, the interior and exterior of the hotel was beautifully designed. Food was excellent, and wanted to give a shout out to Mina for his excellent customer service and sense of humour. We felt like kings and queens here, the beach was a short buggy ride away which they operate every 15 minutes and the snorkelling views from off the pier were incredible! We had a short stay at the luxury Cleopatra Resort (5 nights). The hotel is really lovely, very clean and in a great location with a private beach there are 4 pools with the pool bar being heated - massive plus!!
The staff here are amazing so helpful and attentive. The reception team are very welcoming and helpful. Cocktails are brilliant and we really enjoyed some of the evening entertainment.
We came here because we love to snorkel and although we never made it down to the house reef as the sea was too rough we enjoyed snorkelling around the rocks in the shallow area where we saw puffer fish, moray eels, parrot fish, lion fish, beautiful clams, trigger fish, butterfly fish to name a few. We took a trip with VIP diving to snorkel and we really enjoyed it.
The food here is very good, we mainly ate in the market restaurant which has a good selection and there never was a time I couldn’t find something to have.
Big thanks to Hassan our cleaner who was always going that extra mile and the waiters at the beach always working so hard especially Mina who works in the lobby bar, he was great bringing us cocktails and snacks. We never went to the spa as it’s not really our thing but we met Oscar on the beach who works there and he was always so friendly and happy we very much enjoyed chatting with him.

Best hotel everrrr!!! All the things are perfect the rooms, the service, the food, and of course the staff😍😍 they are so hospitable and friendly as they took care of us as if we were the only guests there and they did the same as well with every guest!

We had a great time, overall experience was good. The hotel is well equipped and the service was good, the chiefs were smiling all the time and helpful.

The beach is good, they have 2 main pools one of them is heated and have a bar. Animation team was good with some activities the whole day.

Our honeymoon at Cleopatra Luxury Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was absolute perfection, thanks to the incredible staff who made every moment feel like a dream come true.

From the second we stepped foot into the resort, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine care that we immediately felt at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of magical, surprising us with romantic touches and always going the extra mile to make us feel special.

The resort itself is a true oasis of luxury and relaxation. Our room was beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the Red Sea that took our breath away every morning. And the dining experiences were out of this world – from gourmet meals to casual beachside snacks, every bite was a culinary delight.

But what really stood out to us was the incredible sense of hospitality that permeated every aspect of our stay. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the staff or the thoughtful gestures that made us feel so cared for, it was clear that they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible.

Stayed here for a week in October, each day was around 32°.

The staff were lovely and always made sure you were comfortable. We stayed in the adult only hotel but if I’m being honest I enjoyed spending my time in the main hotel more with the beautiful beach view. Golf carts run daily and can take you between hotels in 2 mins

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From start to finish the service was impeccable. All the staff were kind, friendly and professional. Our room was very spacious with a big walk in shower and cleaned with fresh towels and bottled water replenished every day. Beach towels changed whenever you liked...👌
We can all be picky on food but there was plenty of choice at each sitting and the restaurant was clean and efficient with amazing service from the staff. They simply couldn't do enough for you. The dedicated restaurants were superb and we would highly recommend the seafood restaurant. We loved it..
The beach was clean and tidy and again the staff were brilliant. They would position your sunbeds and even lay your towels out for you. We didn't have to go to the bar as drink orders were taken and brought to you. Special mention to Mo and his colleague who were cheerful all day long, even though their step count must be near 50000 a day. The beach bar was equally as efficient and there was a good choice of freshly prepared food. A great view of the sea too. The snorkeling off the pier was amazing and had a dedicated guy (Boca, I think his name was) who would help anyone he could with equipment or to actually snorkel with you if you were apprehensive. Thousands of fish to see... The heated pool with a swim up bar was a fantastic plus too. Again the staff were brilliant and they would sometimes fill your glass before you'd asked.
The gardeners keep all the surroundings immaculate and we enjoyed a walk around the hotel grounds after breakfast to see the flowers, trees in bloom, white Egrets and the occasional Kestrel.
We walked along the beach to check out the other hotels near to us and it was soon apparent that we had chosen well.
The spa looked very good and although we didn't use it, others said how good it was.
The diving school looked good too and you could book all your trips from here. The sales people were very friendly and weren't too pushy. If you're going to do trips though, use them. They were extremely helpful and professional.

This hotel really has gone the extra mile and so we'd like to say 'Thank You' to everyone at the Cleopatra for making our holiday a memorable one for all the right reasons...

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Staff are great and very helpful. Our cleaner Mustafa Ali truly deserves a separate mentioning as no request was too big or small for his service. Kept our room very clean and tidy, changed our beach towels on every each request. A friendly, humble person.
The resort has very clean facilities, one heated pool which was well needed this time of the year. We have enjoyed the selection of food and the chance to eat at one of the a la carte restaurants.
We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel is incredible! The hotel itself is very luxury and is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are incredible and will do everything for you. I cannot stress enough how clean the hotel is, I swear they are always cleaning! The pools are very nice, with one large heated outdoor pool with a swim up bar, which me and my partner spent most of our time. The food is good, with a different theme each night and access to the beach bar and grill was nice during the afternoons ( I recommend the cheeseburger ). I was a little worried before we flew out thinking the weather was not going to be nice as it is early February, but I was massively wrong! It’s been roughly 25 degree C every day but feels more like 35!! Since arriving in egypt I have yet to see a cloud in the sky!

All in all, me and my partner will definitely book this hotel again next year! It’s been a very memorable holiday!

amazing experience, staff are fantastic too especially Ahmed from the restaurant who needs a special mention always smiling and nothing was too much trouble adored his kind nature. All the staff were amazing and were super understanding with my son who has special needs and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the resort is fab clean spacious all needs met beautiful gardens for quiet time and a private beach, pier and good selection of food and plenty of food and choice even if you went late. A small shopping complex very close by if you want to browse and excursions and taxi service available if you want to explore further. So impressed will be going again next year

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and a day it was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The Service was nice and quick and the employees are soo friendly and like a good joke about with you. We will definitely be back again as now this is like a second home too us ❤❤

Just came back from here, enjoyed our stay, hotel is clean, staff are friendly, food is a bit bland but expected when catering for masses. Hotel offers good views from the terrace and the beach is well maintained with plenty of beds available.

Mustafa from the housekeeping team is amazing, friendly, humble and always just sincerely ready to help.

The hotel complex is beautiful. The animation staff are fantastic Natalie was always helpful and entertaining and a credit to this hotel. The food is as expected in Egypt the breakfast is edible however the dinning is much better there is always choice so long as your not a vegetarian.

The bay unfortunately however is no good for snorkeling I did dive from there twice. Those dives were excellent the dive team VIP diving are excellent.

Ahmed is the best person I have ever dived with so knowledgeable and helpful real pleasure to dive with and on my return in April I will dive with him again I hope.

The pool lifeguard Yazzer is so attentive and always ensure people are safe a man even fell over really.badly and he assisted and ensured he was OK which he was thankfully. All in all I would say this hotel us perfectly adequate for the money

Spent a lovely week at this resort. Very relaxing with great service experienced. Emad (reception team) was superb from start to finish, showing he very much cared about making our stay the best it could be.
Eslam (reception team manager) was also very helpful when a communication break down occurred, he stepped in and resolved with no fuss.
Katarina (guest relations) went over and above making a special day for my wife and I just that. Lovely flowers and a cake. Yummy.
I would recommend the hotel, its staff and general service very highly and look forward to coming back again soon.

This place was great, it was our first time visiting Egypt and what can I say other than everything was perfect...the weather the staff the hotel it just couldn't of been any better. We went the end of nov- first week of December so it was quite quiet but still a few people around. It was easy to get sunbeds around the pool and loungers down by the beach but we only went down there once. Food is decent quite a lot of options but can get samey by the end of the week. The snack bar is decent quality fresh food. You get to use the 2 a la carte restaurants once each during your stay, a seafood restaurant and Italian. We didn't use the former but we did use the later. The food was great but there was so many courses we felt bad because we struggled to eat it all. We booked a block of massages on our first day so ended up using the spa every other day...the guys are fantastic and did a great job. (Hot stone and egyptian massage highly recommended). All the staff are highly attentive and really do a great job, they're always happy and willing to engage. Pool bar is great. There is a shop on site but it seems pricey probably best to go offsite to get what you need. We've already booked to go back in October and can't wait.
