Steigenberger Alcazar

Very, very good all-inclusive resort. This is as good as all-inclusive gets, unless you pay >€1000 per night perhaps. Beautiful gardens, nice food, nice facilities. Only at the restaurants the service could be a bit better (not forgetting your order for example). But overall, service is great and so is the whole experience (until you arrive at the airport, worst airport i have ever been, bribery and scams everywhere). Maybe we will return (for the hotel: 100%, for the airport: not sure).

I would like to express my happiness and satisfaction of our beautiful holidays in Steigenberger hotel. Hotel has an amazing territory, huge amount of restaurants, bars, snack bars with outstanding staff that made us feel most welcomed. We have been met by Vita, a person with amazing hospitality skills, she made sure we are more than just happy with our room, service and kept checking if there is anything we need. All our requests have been accommodated by Vita super fast, she kept looking after us throughout our 10 days is Steigenberger Alcazar that I must say were absolutely amazing.

Rooms, comfortable beds, very tasty food , caring staff and beautiful environment is the main thing to highlight but there is so much more.

Irina from entertainment team is the sweetest and super caring girl that kept us busy throughout our 10 days. Her yoga sessions is definitely something we were looking forward to every day. I would like to personally thank her for not just doing her job as an entertainment staff, but also constantly checking on is daytime during our time near the pool. Thank you Irina 🤗🙏🏼

Ali from alcazar bar at the second pool was super nice to all of us, I would love to express my sincere and thankfulness to him as he would bring us drinks that we like before we even ask 😊 he is very hospitable as he remembered exactly how we like our drinks and he would make it perfectly every day. Our first impression of Alcazar were WOW! We were welcomed on arrival with drinks and an easy check in and taken to our rooms efficiently. The main restaurant was OK, but we discovered the other restaurants which were fabulous! Hotel is spotless everywhere and rooms very comfortable. Our stay was made even better by interaction with the animation team, encouraging us to join in with games and activities, which were enjoyable and fun. 5 star all round.

What a fabulous hotel! The rooms are spotless modern and beautifully appointed, the food is varied and very good but the best part about this lovely hotel is the staff. Without exception everyone we encountered was polite, attentive, eager to please and just delightful. We would very happily return if it wasn’t for the current issues in the Red Sea and surrounding area, such a shame.

What a beautiful hotel. it was nothing short of amazing! Every detail is well thought out. It is literally 5 stars on everything. The rooms are very comfortable with great mini bar. The room is very nice and spacious and very well equipped. Everything is perfectly fine. However, the bathroom lacks lightning a bit too dark to my taste, this side could be improve. The Egyptian hospitality is not a myth but real.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. The Indian dishes on the buffet was absolutely exquisite, and the BBQ added a delightful twist to our evenings. Somehow on the breakfast buffet, they offer Egg Benedict I was a little disappointed to get a poached egg on a toast, the real egg Benedict recipe is a little bit much more than a poached egg on toast.

We tried only the Italian restaurant “Limoni” and the Lebanese, the Food is also delicious

The staff they get to know you and what you need. The pools are great one with music and activities the other one is the quiet corner pool. It is possible to snorkel, but you must go down a long pier. The pier is a wonderful spot, especially when the sun rises and sets. It is somehow a beautiful area. Romantic and perfect.

So, we enjoyed our first but not last stay at this fabulous hotel, and it was nothing short of amazing!

An amazing holiday with the family. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Staff were helpful. Activities were great. Kids club was okay. Plenty of swimming pool. Gym is more than sufficient. Spa was really relaxing.

When we walked into the reception we were delighted. The design is very nice. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The hotel is clean and the food is good. There is entertainment, we went to yoga, it is amazing. There is a professional dance show in the evening.

My stay at Steigenberger Alcazar surpassed all expectations. The staff's exceptional friendliness made me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The interior and rooms are beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my stay was the daily activities program. The animation team's infectious high spirits and well-planned activities ensured that each day was filled with fun and excitement. Their enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to my time at the hotel.

We are just back from the most wonderful week and already wishing we were back again. All the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help but especially Mahmoud at the bar and the main bar team and Ibrahim at breakfast and lunch! The food was always delicious and so many options. We loved the reef at the end of the pier that meant you could swim with the fish every day. The whole place was clean and relaxing and had something for everyone. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Our stay has been amazing. Mid point in our journey before heading to Cape Town. Amazing staff, excellent location, fabulous facilities. Delicious food. Restaurants brilliant. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone!

Our first visit to the Alcazar but certainly not our last. From start to finish we can find no faults. As well as being a luxurious hotel the Service was first class, from the Pool Staff, to the Management. A great selection of restaurants with delicious food. Caters well for Vegetarians without needing to be repetitive. Everything was spotless and well tended to. Great attention to detail throughout. Sad to be leaving especially with the weather being consistently great! Thank you Alcazar for a memorable stay.

The hotel is truly fantastic full luxury from start to finish and the staff are incredible. The hotel is spotless and we cannot find a fault at all. We have been to many of the hotels in the area and in our opinion this is by far the best

very good hotel. We liked everything, the territory, the restaurants and the food in them, the spacious rooms, the helpful and smiling staff. I liked the animation team (especially Daria) and the shows that take place at the hotel every day! The rooms were very clean and the minibar was replenished daily. The bar made very tasty cocktails and people constantly came up and asked if you wanted to drink or eat - we really liked that the staff was very attentive.

We came to Sharm 15 years ago and I have to say this resort has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful as are the grounds and rooms. Staff are exceptional in every way just wanting you to have the best holiday experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough- our thanks go to everyone for a true 5*+ experience

Second visit to this hotel and it’s still as beautiful as ever. We have had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend to anyone. We found the service at times a little slow and orders delivered wrongly but staff are always really accommodating and sort issues as soon as they arrive. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are all so lovely and remembered us from our last visit. A fabulous hotel in a great location and one we would recommend to family and friends.

They were really kind , helpful and lovely to us. I loved to see their smiling faces and ask for any help. The rooms and every single corner of hotel was very clean. We have just finished a family holiday at the Steigenberger Alcazar. The whole experience was fantastic! The food, drink, pools, cleanliness, rooms and most importantly the staff. They cannot do enough to make sure you have a perfect holiday, always with such positivity and a fun filled approach with the babies. The food in every restaurant is also amazing! We spent a lot of time at the bar next to the baby pool (Almas) which also did fantastic lunches and the staff again were second to none. Thank you team!

We stayed in Steigenberger Alcazar for the first time and it really exceeded our expectations. Everything is so well organized, the staff is so friendly, helpful and humble. Food is excellent, rooms are sophisticated and the animation team does great work- there are so many activites with something for every taste. We will definitely be back!
