Regency Plaza Aqua Park & SPA

Very nice and big hotel. It's really beautiful territory. A lot of flowers trees evrything is green and bright. The room is a bit old and needs a redecoration. Food is repetitive. The beach is nice and big, very good for kids. Enjoyed a holiday there.

Good service, the hotel is 100% worth the money. In the dining room there is always fish, seasonal fruits, and delicious meat dishes. Very short pier and sand without corals also pleased for children. The waiters in dining room are polite and attentive. Especially Wael and Essam.

After reading a few negative reviews about this resort, prior to our arrival, I felt the need to write a review of my experience.
From the welcome by the reception staff, to the taxi driver who dropped us off for our return flight, my wife and I had a great time, the staff were friendly and eager to help, the rooms were clean and tidy, cleaned daily, there was a good range of food, in a number of different restaurants, the gardens were manicured to perfection, leading down to the hotels own beach, all in all, a lovely wee find, and we will be going back.
I'd like to give a special thanks to the chap behind the terrace bar, Ebrahim (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) , and Basam at the beach (I think).

The hotel is very good ,rooms very clean but traditional . the staff is very helpful ,the food is delicious and not varied .overall a great experience.

best thing about it is the treatment of the guests seriously, kind and friendly, and the animation team is amazing, and I especially mention Lily and we must mention Mr. Mohamed Mosallam, the restaurant manager, who is truly the utmost respect, politeness, and respect. I hope we will repeat the visit again.

I would like to thank the whole staff/reception and services/ for the nice work which made our holidays bright, and especially want to thank entertainer ISMAEL for his enthusiastic airobics and entertaining and also the mini-bar's barman ALI ABDELATIF for his kind work.

I had a really good time with my family. Beach is less than 5 min walk where you can take a picture/ride a camel.Good drinks and food is pretty good. Nidal was an excellent and pleasant person to talk from animation. Every night there’s events, good for kids. Overall, we had a blast!

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot,

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March. We really enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere of the hotel. Wonderful animators, cheered up, had fun. Thanks to the Freak team for their positive, kindness. Morning stretching, darts, bocha, especially zumba dancing are our favorite activities. And of course, the evening show, every day is different, interesting and bright. Thanks for our vacation!

Hotel was excellent in terms of setting, location and staff could not be more accommodating and welcoming. Staff checked we were happy with everything daily. Food in the Royal Club Restaurant was absolutely delicious, great selection and outstanding service. Ramy in the beach area looked after us extremely well and ensured all ran smoothly, the restaurant team were fabulous and catered for our every need great service from Mr Amro and Mohammed. Our rooms were kept immaculate by Yousef and Malak. Terrific break would highly recommend.

It's a good hotel. Everything is kept at a decent level. The staff is very attentive. Separately, I want to note the team of animators, especially Pronto, Ayana and Nastya, the guys helped us with the organization of our event on the territory of the hotel.

Amazingly beautiful resort. Great opportunities to do water activities right on the resorts beach.
Restaurant chefs were superb in service, as well as general hotel workers. Always willing to help, irrespective of language barriers.

From the 1st day I checked in to Regency Plaza and every other day the hotel staff have been ever so kind. I came on holiday with my husband and kids but my husband could'nt get on the flight to join us in Egypt due to visa issues. I was feeling very lonely and stressed for 3 days. My husband has been trying to catch a flight to join us but he managed to come 3 days later. In that time even though I was well looked after by the staff, I felt a sigh of relief when I met Jordan from the entertainment team. He is from the UK and I felt my stress level easing knowing there is someone from back home who speaks fluent English. I felt really good beacause of the small talk we had and he told me not to stress. He is such a sweetheart. Jordan is the best person I met on this holiday so far. On that night I met Jordan my husband managed to get a flight and come join me. Jordan is my good look charm I believe. I would'nt have got through the stress without him. My husband and kids loved him too and we will truly miss him. I had some issues at the beach too and one of the staff members called Nima really helped me out. The staff at the front desk and in the hotel are really helpful. I would come back again for Jordan and the front desk staff member named Mina. Will miss this place and JORDAN alot.

Room 1727 , Excellent service, extremely polite staff. attentive waiters, level cleanliness, delicious food, on the first line, expect us again next year.

I was living at this hotel with my family! Choose it because you can stay right on the kite spot and you can easy call it kitesurfing hotel! Best spot in Sharm, biggest kitesurfing Center! Windy every day in the mornings, we all took kite lessons, now we are kitesurfing family! Good food, nice hotel and staff, green area! My advice if you want to learn kitesurfing you should stay at this hotel!
