Concorde El Salam Hotel Sharm El Sheikh

We had a fabulous stay here last week. From the moment we checked in the service was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean with enough storage to put your stuff. The gardens and grounds are looked after majestically and staff are always working to keep the areas spotlessly clean. There’s plenty of choice food wise in the restaurants - a lot of beef stew/fish rice and massive choice in salads. You can get burgers and chips from the pool bar at lunch if that’s more your choice. Breakfast is amazing - lots of choice, an omelette station and chicken/beef alternatives for breakfast with a great pastry choice.
It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings.
You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar!
You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.

What a beautiful country and wonderful people. The hotel staff,the bar staff,the housekeeping, the restaurant staff,the pool guys the maintenance guys and the clinic staff are amazing and friendly they are very happy and helpful. The food in all restaurants are varied and enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy,this was the first time my daughter and I had visited this hotel and Egypt. We are going back again. A MASSIVE THANK YOU to you all and see you soon.

What is there not to say ? Amazing hospitality. All staff so friendly and helpful. Food choices were amazing. Room service very sweet and artistically folding towels for the children. That’s another thing. Towels provided.!!!

I visited this hotel about 30 times, and every time I was leaving, I was unable to leave the place because of its beauty. The service is amazing and the people there are very nice. The food is beautiful and there are a lot of activities at the beach and pool, and at night the shows are very beautiful and enjoyable during dinner.. and I will go again. God willing, next winter. ❤✨

Absolutely stunning! Every single member of staff in this hotel were happy to help and nothing was too much bother. The pools were lovely, the hotel is kept clean all day. There is lots of entertainment, food was nice and Soho Square was a 5 minute walk up the road. It's my first time to Egypt and i found all of the people here so friendly. I will definitely be coming back. I snorkelled for the first time in my life and absolutely loved it. The weather was very hot so next time i will come during a cooler month as it was almost 40° which was a bit too hot to want to venture too far from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back 👏🏻😊😍

My family and I spent a week at the Concorde Hotel (alongside the beach), it was fabulous. The staff were so good, the attention to details was 5 star, as was the hygiene. I would recommend it.

Rooms and hotel could do with a refurbishment. Food selection poor. Don’t recommend Italian restaurant, Food quality not good. Bit of a trek to the beach. Cocktails were very underwhelming. We wouldn’t rate this at a 5 star hotel, 3.5 really.

Overall the staff were the ones who made the holiday stand out. Staff smiles and willingness to go the extra mile were great.

We wanted value & sun hot enough to swim , 5 hour max flight.
Love this place , especially in Winter ..It's a lower price 5 star Hotel , Inc flights , £600 - 700 for 9 - 10 nights , all in , including Easyjet flights , food was fine, enough Healthy choices .
Room hotel & all toilets super clean , Cocktails OK,
Main pool is very cold , 2 heated ones though & 1 more at the adjacent Sport hotel. Lovely view from The flames BBQ restaurant , cover up for the mossies though .
Italian rest is great .
Sharm is the safest part of Egypt , due to the wall (Hence they built International Conference Centre within Sharm)
The staff are so helpful ,Give a smile pay respect to the Egyptians , they will reward you no end .
Good mix of couples , Families British , Italians, Egyptians ,Turkish , Russians mainly

Very beautiful scenic hotel with perfect views. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well equipped. All the staff are very kind and respectful. A very efficient service for anything you require. When you visit this hotel, I reccomend the private speed boat trip to tiran island where you visit coral reefs and a shipwreck, the best thing is you get to drive the speed boat and feel like Mr James. Without a doubt the best £150 I ever spent on any holiday. Also you will see the most beautiful dive site I have ever seen in my whole life right infront of the hotel beach, a very magical experience to swim at one with such beautiful sea creatures. The professional scuba team and life guards will guide you and give you advice on how and where to travel In the reef safely.

Meals and entertainment were International and diverse, we relished trying new things were not bored and had plenty of help from Abdo and Khaled el Fatah. (both cooks always happy too)

Location was great it included sports and the beach area had amazing views and plenty of bars/loungers/food/music/toilets/animation/snorkelling/watersports and helpful Walid the beach master!!

Very close to airport but hardly heard it at all. About 20 min drive to Namma Bay. Old town is about 25 mins away.

Must Visits - Museum (fab fab fab) Old town in the evening, Namma Bay McDonalds is amazing (burger is huge and juicy) and Mango Market (fixed price - find out what things really cost there before you buy elsewhere)

Disabled access was very good, loads of thought had been put into making it quite easy, room had wetroom, handles and plenty of supports loads of ramps so whole sports hotel accessible.

Sami was a great singer every night and sang in sooooo many languages, we were amazed!!

Food was nice but some did not have labels so not sure what it was and had to ask.

Front hotel main entrance had no ramp, had to access through side door with help of staff, who were not always available.

Bar in Sports lobby was great, Moustafa and Hamdy made the best Green Valley cocktails and Irish coffees, always happy to bring more drinks to our table with a cheeky smile!

Even the security staff welcomed us back when we returned (even at 3am lol)

Taxi concession in lobby (which is technically not the hotel) was expensive, difficult to use, left us for a hour by side of road, would not take Egyptian money and dropped us at their "friends" shops.

At the hotel beach Walid helped transfer my disabled butt all the way to the most perfect sun lounger, beach towels, close to everything, and every facility at my fingertips, 3 bars, 2 restaurants, Views are Instagram worthy, quick friendly pro service from the two mohameds at the top bar! Plenty of watersports and the snorkelling on their own reef was better than some paid excursions!!! Very clean and well cared for.

We did the New years eve gala, food amazing entertainment was good and cheaper than going out once you add everything up, would defo do again.

Lets talk Mosquitos, very few bites (which is rare for me) the hotel fumigate twice a day and it makes the world of difference!!

It’s my last day and i’m so sad to go. I have absolutely loved this place and i feel so attached. The staff are beyond wonderful and helpful. The hotel is clean and the service was wonderful. The workers at the spa have won my heart. And also the front desk workers. Especially Karim. Hopefully I am lucky enough to visit again in the future. There are several shops at the reception. Although I don’t recommend buying anything from there because they are seriously overpriced. I was promised a wide variety of slides but unfortunately I was disappointed but it’s fine i wasn’t really expecting much. The DJ wasn’t really that good. I really wish to visit again and definitely my next time in Sharm I won’t hesitate to book here. Thank you for having me.

To start with - Exquisite! I am really pleased to write this review as we had an amazing stay here. Staff were super helpful, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We traveled in a group of 10 and not a single person has any negative thing to say. Hotel location is brilliant, near to airport, lovely views and kept in tidy condition. Icing on the cake is immaculate service from staff. Every staff member from reception, cleaning, room service, catering, waiters were exceptional. Never felt a negative vibe and great service on drinks stations. Only point that can be improved is rooms and amenities. However, I would highly recommend this place. Overall experience 9/10.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Concorde with my husband and friends
The room was spacious, clean, and the bed super comfy.
The grounds are beautiful.
The pools are fantastic! Although the ones in the main hotel are not heated so we went on the suttlebus over to the sister hotel most days as the huge pool there has slides and is heated.
The food was fine, I'm veggie and there was plenty of choice.
The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel , nothing was too much trouble. All very helpful and friendly.
Right next to Soho shops outside . Nice place to wander around at night and the shop keepers don't hassle you like in other countries.
Or you can hop in a taxi or one of the public mini buses on the main road and go into Dagab or Hollywood or the Old Town.
Sharm is a safe place and clean.
The beach area is stepped but we had no problems finding a sunbed. You can snorkel off the jetty which was cool.
Evening entertainment was nice.
Totally recommend this hotel , infact we paid to stay for a few days longer.

Vendom bar is such a lovely place to sit and chill with a beer or a cocktail made by the 2 Mohammed's.Such friendly people, always service with a smile. Amazing views and top rated service.

Gorgeous resort, beautifully located on the beach close to the airport as well. Service is phenomenal and the views are unmatched! If you’re looking for a resort in Sharm El Sheik, look no further.

It is a little bit far to the city Center but a great place to dive and watch colourful fish at the coral reef. You should definetely get an underwater go pro cam. Even you don't need to go to ras Muhammad to see fish. Staff is so kind and helpful. Meals are great and fantastik, The Turkish chef cooks the most delicious local and international cuisine, and also the marvellous Turkish cuisine. You should definetely hire a taxi from lobby and go to the Farsha cafe at sun set or night. Beside, the Hotel is Just 500m away from the Soho square where has lots of cafes and shops.

The hotel is very nice, the food is good, the staff are the gem, they are all so very friendly and attentive.. the 2 Mohameds at Vendom bar go beyond what is expected. They are so friendly..
