Excellent friendly service. Products that you can buy there are as you expect from Apple. Went to the Apple store to see a demo model of MacBook Air M2 in space grey since the Apple Store is the only place where you can see demo models in all colors unlike Saturn and MediaMarkt.

There was a problem with the screen of my phone and when I took it, they replaced the screen for free within 2 hours, I was very pleased. (It was free because my phone was under warranty*)

Super nice employees, everything available for you to play with and dozens of helpful staff around you to answer your questions. I also like the payment system as there’s no actual kassa and therefore no waiting. They also send you the receipt by email instead of printing it.

Got my new phone here🫶 The service was very nice, the way they explained all the details and everything about the phone was admirable and got my phone with 2 years warranty which you only get in Apple stores !! Amazing purchase and experience!

Appointment taken in the morning for the same day, macbook brought at 2pm, fixed and delivered at 7 30pm. The display issue was part of an apple program, so free of charge. Cool apple!

The main Apple store in Cologne may not be the biggest Apple store in German in terms of size but the actual structure of the building is inspired by the surrounding style and this has added a beautiful touch to the overall feeling and atmosphere of this store. From the inside, you will receive the same level of customer service and access to all Apple products. If you happen to be around Cologne, then you have to pass by this Apple store.
