Rheinpark

This park is great. Something for everyone to enjoy. The play area was amazing, the flowers were beautiful, excellent views with historical reference pictures, water feature, water fountains for kids to play in on hot days, loads of open space to laze around or explore and some sculptures dotted around.

Would have gone again if we had the luxury of more time in Köln.

All this and it’s in easy walking distance to the cable car ride, the Köln View and the love lock bridge.

The park cafe is excellent with ice lollies, coffee and plant based milk on offer.

Great place for children to roam and play in open air. Green areas with a very diverse playground. There is also a small train that goes around the park. At Rhine shore, one can enjoy a different view of Cologne and be close to the river at the same time. Parking available but gets busy on the weekend. Get there early.

Amazing park for all the seasons, fresh air nice jogging spot, family walk, but recommended to go early mornings, as this place is really becoming noisy and crowded after noon time, especially in sunny nice weather. One more important advise if you go there by car the parking spot is more free in morning times.

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever been to. It's located next to the river with many water attractions not only for kinds. A perfect place to spend hot sunny days.

very pretty park with geese and this train that you can go on. you can see the gothic cathedral from here. there are places for children to play inc a water pond thing

Its a wonderful park behind the Rhein river. You can take a ride in Mini train with your kids.

Beautiful park in Köln with nice view of Rhine river & flower garden. There is a large playground for kids. Enjoyed the small train journey which helps us to explore the park.

When weather is good, Rheinpark is the best place to hangout. you can play some game on the field, enjoy sitting quietly next to the water or go for a stroll around the park. It is also get crowded on a sunny day. There is a toy train for Kids and separate place for skating

Wonderful in spring, near Caracalla Therme, which are always worth-while if you're into sauna and wellness.

Must go!!! Highly recommended. Its very large park and very clean. You can also find the lift chair at the end of the Park. Lot of activities for Kids too.

One of my favourite parks in the world. Great walks through the park, loads of areas for children (and adults, if you’re that way inclined) to play. There’s the river to throw stones or paddle - some people swim, but I wouldn’t recommend it as there’s lots of boats. There’s also some lovely gardens that are very pretty.

Wonderful park close to the river , so green , good place for couples , children and normal friends out

My favorite place in cologne. Green grasses with beautiful view. We can take a picture in the background of the cathedral.

The park is big usually full on sunny nice weekends but thats literally like most of the parks in a big city. Have fun on your trip here!

One of the best public parks in Köln with different zones to relax and a few selected activities. The style is particularly cool as it goes back to the National Botantical Exhibition held here after the second world war. I particularly like the scultpures that are still found everywhere. Park train for kids and seniors.
