Had so much fun here. Live music, great crowd a drinks. Service was awesome. Will return again and again.

Great place as all hard rock café. Price are very reasonable and the staff knowledgeable. Advise the staff that you want to split the bill before ordering because it was a bit of an issue when the bill came. Other then that food was great and so was the music!

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food though not cheap. But definitely worth it. They speak English very well also.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Although there were no tables for us, we waited in the bar for around an hour, and the guy (can't remember his name, but know he was from Argentina) was absolutely fantasic. His service was second to non, and i can't thank him enough. Good was also great and served in a very good time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant but would advise booking online first.

Stopped in here for a quick drink and snack. Always enjoy this chain of restaurants, and this one did not let us down. The nachos were great and really enjoyed the special Christmas drink. As always, I enjoyed the decor and atmosphere within this chain. Thanks for a bit of North American comfort hahaha.

Great ambiance and musical memorabilia. Just made a quick stop to get some souvenirs, the charcoal t-shirt. Would probably have more to say about it when I spend more time in. But the staff who helped me was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly waitress and she gave enough information when ordering. The interior atmosphere is also nice. Not the best place for a big group if you didn't reserve a space. Event hall on the top is comfortable and good for entertainment

Good food, excellent service.

Sara was a great host and provided excellent service. The meal was delicious - I had the original burger which was just right. We had reservation for two person but they were able to accommodate my son who joined us at the last minute on this trip. Located near the famous Cathedral, shopping district and several other tourist attractions, you will not be disappointed on your visit to this Hard Rock Cafe.

Visited and didn't eat but did have drinks at the bar. Relaxed atmosphere which was a little bland but chilled nonetheless. Some rare memorabilia and the cleanliness and presentation was superb. Good beer and great music when we visited.

If you love burgers, this is the place which u need to visit if you are in Köln… Amazing warm place decorated with rock and roll items from different historical bands like Beatles, kiss, Rolling Stones, queen etc. friendly stuff, good quality of food and of course you can buy a souvenir from the hard rock café store which takes place inside as well.

It was my first time visiting Hard Rock Cafe ever and this place is definitely cool!
Personnel is very polite and friendly, food is tasty, music is great and I love stuff of different artists you can see inside of cafe :)

I took some out of town family here just for the experience and was pleasantly surprised that the food was very good! Service was pleasant and good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for a good, if touristy lunch option!

Very nice store although there were constructions outside the store. Tatiana was very helpful and friendly to assist with our merchandise items. Because we did not get the 5 USD discount due to system down, we received some free gifts, thanking HRC Cologne for this!

Always a pleasure. Portion size is big. Food is amazing. American style burgers and fajitas are very good. Cocktail choice is fab and even get to pay extra and keep the hard rock glass. Shop is great attached to the side.

Loved it there. A real Hard Rock atmosphere. One feels like he’s really not in Germany. The ribs were huge and very tasty, the staff super attentive. Keep up the good work!

What a wonderful Rock experience: tasty food, delicious cocktails, nice professionals always there for you (they take very good photos of you 😉 ) and the music environnement was perfect!

Visited on 21st October, the place was very busy but all staff members were really nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long to get it from time of ordering. Place is very clean and good atmosphere. Pedro really made the experience for us. Will definitely be back again. Well done all ❤
