Best Customer service experience in a really long time when it comes to Mobile phone contracts, and the best Vodafone experience!! I want to offer a huge thanks to Mr. Selim to patiently troubleshoot and offer the best possible solution to me. Even though the solution was not straightforward, he never once showed any frustration and always put on a smile (despite me being the last customer on a Friday evening 😅). A special thanks to also Mr. Kaan for helping to troubleshoot in the background and always being cheerful!! I'd give 10 stars out of 5 for an amazing and BEST-IN-CLASS customer service experience 😍

Very clean and tidy shop with lots of services to Vodafone customers, such a free phone charging and such. If you want customer support and don't want to mess with Hotlines, this is a good place to do.
They can do more for you here and cut special deals.

Used repair services of Comspot Repair at Vodafone Schildergasse. Needed to replace the glass of an iPhone. Very happy with the service. Quick repair, friendly staff.

This is the best Vodafone store I have found. One of their customer service assistants, Mazlum, was wonderfully helpful. He spoke English, listened to my problems, found a solution and made sure I had all the info I needed.
After such terrible experiences when I've spoken to Vodafone on the phone, this was a complete life saver. Definitely going here every time I need to go to Vodafone!
