I just had my vaccine certificate registered with the digital COVID pass with them. The staff were friendly and one of them was incredibly nice and supportive. They have a good stock of all the common medicine too which is I believe what most people would care about.

The girl was very kind helping me get the Covid certificate (with proof of vaccination and ID) even though I can't speak German. Excellent and fast service.

Ich möchte diese Apotheke 100 prozentig empfehlen. Der Service war 1A. Es ging um eine komplizierte Angelegenheit, weil mein E-Rezept Medikament nicht lieferbar war. Alles wurde hervorragend telefonisch mit meiner Praxis geregelt.

Sowohl privat als auch "dienstlich" (als Arzt in einer Kölner Praxis) kann ich dieser Apotheke gerne 5 Sterne geben. Sonderwünsche, Besorgungen und Medikamentenlieferungen an betagte Patienten werden schnell und immer richtig ausgeführt. Gute Zusammenarbeit, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Vielen Dank nochmal für Ihre Hilfe. Es ist mir noch nie passiert, dass ich bei einer akuten Erkrankung in der Apotheke gefragt wurde ob ich die Medikamente sofort einnehmen möchte und man mir ein Glas Wasser zur Einnahme gegeben hat. Das ist das bisschen Mehr welches den Unterschied zwischen ok und herausragend macht. Dieses Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse eines Reisenden war schon sehr beeindruckend.
