One of the very few places in Germany that will actually offer proper customer service. Professional, friendly, and informative, this should be the norm in Germany, but unfortunately is not. For this reason I remain a long term customer and will probably continue to spend about 500 per year at this store.

Wonderful team and excellent services. As regular traveller I enjoy treating myself from time to time with one of their products. One of the best shops in Cologne`s main station.

Ho fatto una breve vacanza a Köln qualche giorno, essendo una cliente di Moleskine a Milano non potevo non visitare lo store di Colonia. Qui sono stata accolta da un bravissimo commesso italiano, preparatissimo sui prodotti e attento alle mie esigenze. Sono entrata con la curiosità di scoprire le novità Moleskine, e ne sono uscita soddisfatta e convinta con uno zaino nuovo in pelle. Davvero complimenti!

Sehr gute und freundliche Beratung. Obwohl sich der Shop im Bahnhof befindet absolut keine Hektik. Das Objekt meines Interesses wurde ganz super erklärt.

Terrible service. I'm right there to purchase an item and the sales person can see me but still opts to close the shop. Amazing that this person works in retail sales!
