Brisas del Caribe

We just got home from two weeks at Brisas, This is our fourth time at this resort. We have totally fallen in love with the staff. Everyone above and beyond to make everything very special. We will be back.
The rooms were very clean. You always seen staff cleaning. The food was very good. From omelet's to the fresh bread and buns to chicken pork lobster, everything that we could’ve asked for.
It was so nice to go back and see family that we have made over the years from Cuba and to make more family members this year. The beach is beautiful as always. I would love to name everybody that was so nice and helpful to us, but the list would be longer than I could put Review. Thank you again to everybody at You all work so well together to make such a special vacation vacation for everybody that comes to visit you we will be back.

This hotel is amazing, their services are great, the food was yummy and my room was clean and quite, I stayed in this resort for a week, and it was my first anniversary, cenin who is the manager of this resort made my anniversary unforgettable, the dinner at my anniversary night was in a great romantic place, which i was surprised.if you haven't visited this hotel I highly recommend to go here, thanks to Cenin for making my stay much more memorable. I had wonderful experience and good memories ❤

We spent a week here from the 3rd of October till the 10th and had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Michael was great in assisting us with a late checkout as our flight wasn’t until late in the evening. The rooms are your standard rooms with a mini fridge, tv large washroom, and a balcony with two chairs. We were lucky to have a room that faced the ocean and could see all the entertainment from our balcony. The pool was perfect temperature and the entertainment was great. Only recommendation I have is take your own snacks as there are none at the store on the resort, take bug spray, it’s completely out of the hotel’s control but the mosquitoes are savage when the sun goes down, they are literal vampires. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

We were there for 8 days. And we enjoyed. People who worked there are extremly nice and polite. There is lot of activities, Food was good, our room was cleaned every day. Beach is perfect.

I stayed here from Jan 6th to Jan 13th with my wife and son. It was really a great experience. Food and the activities was really good and my son enjoyed a lot. They have day care facilities as well and that helped me to leave my child there for a day. Night manager Michael was really kind and helpful, my flight was delayed and when I requested for late check out he accepted it right away and over all experience was really great.

I just got back from this amazing resort with my friend Jackie. It was amazing from the beginning to the end. We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Tuesday. And the Staff from micheal the customer service guy who did all of our reservations he was absolutely amazing !!! His English was so good. He was so helpful and friendly and even let us stay 2 hours past checkout time. The chef in the buffet was super nice and the food was way way better then we both expected. Mt first time in cuba and I'd go back to brisas anytime. It was so great. The maids cleaned everyday and always looked so good. We got massages on beach from a lady based amiela I believe and let me tell u in the 32 years I've been alive that was rhe best massage ever !!! Deep tissue and anti stress ugh I miss it lol. Also the lady that does hair braiding was mind blown how great she did our hair. We got so many compliments.margarita who I believe does entertainment and thr towel booth where you get new clean towels by pool. She was so helpful she booked our massages whatever we needed by pool she helped with even blew up my floaty, ya she was awesome. All the staff made our trip!! I will be back in few months that's for sure. I wish I could give a 10 star!!! Our view from the room ugh was 100 stars ! 🌟 and the food service and just the atmosphere was so worth it. Our 12th visit to Brisas del caribe and we are already looking to book our next trip to Brisas. This is a perfect place for a vacation. The staff is the best anywhere offering first class service. Maidy's in reservations and Michael and Celine in Customer Service went above and beyond as did Johnnie and Jennifer at the VIP restaurant. The bar staff was fantastic Alberto, Alfredo Miguel and all the other staff not enough space to name them all. Kudos to the hairdresser Ida our maid Leida and all the cleaning staff that kept the resort in tip top shape. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and the beach is just awesome. Food was good always something to eat didn't go hungry. Thank you all for making this vacation and all our other vacations at Brisas wonderful. See you soon.

I loved the hotel! the staff were great and the beach and pools was amazing! the food was good. our room was big and we were near the beach. it was budget friendly and all inclusive. the bar and drinks was awesome! If I went back I would still choose this hotel. the downside was that the public restrooms were not hygienic. but the restrooms in the rooms were very clean. overall it was a great vacation and I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful and friendly staff - at the restaurants, entertainment, bars etc.. the main counter staff need to cool down a bit. The place requires some renovations. The food was great and fresh. Did not get sick. Very clean and rooms were kept clean. The beach receives 100%. no sea weed like we experience in Punta Cana. You can take a tourist bus just outside the resort to the City and back. felt very safe. We loved Cuba and will see you guys again.

There is a beautiful garden.
Excellent lobby, bars, restaurants, pools, gym and entertainment. Everything needed for a good vacation.
The overall atmosphere is festive and, at the same time, relaxed.

Very nice, clean Beautiful Beach, food was good. Very few people so Ala carte restaurants were closed.

This hotel is really good according to a country. Hotel is separatee into two parts, is for cozy and calm stay, another part is for those who like loud music during a day time and mostly with a ocean view.

We had a pleasent vacation in first two weeks of February. Thank you frendly and hard working people ( everyone was nice and really helpful from room service, animation team all of them are just amazing, kid's club team, pool bar,towels service, coffee bar-they are great, buffet- very professional, plenty of food. Thank you awesome Brisas del Caribe team, looking forward to see you all soon.

Understanding that Cuba is a poor country and if we want to get a holiday for cheap and the wages there are poor, they can't keep the 4 star hotel in new condition for ever. However it was 40 degrees warmer than home, the beach was beautiful, the French fries and hot dogs were amazing, the pools were clean, and the Pina Coladas were refreshing!! As for the resort, it is our 3rd time to Cuba, our first time here, and we are already making plans to go back. The workers are so very courteous and the other tourists are always friendly and willing to talk.

I recently stayed at Brisas Del Caribe in wonderful Cuba. I had an excellent time at this resort. Beautiful beach great food and an amazing staff. Looking forward to going back.

Awesome people here. Dianely Morales, Leyanis Morales, Yanay Bomingueq and Yisel Tones were the best servers and did everything possible to make my day everyday.
The maid Yareny Mereros always did her best making my room up and making the best designs with the room towels.

Loved my vacations, service is good, room was perfect with climatisation, 2 minutes walk to get to the beach and the food is good !

Wonderful beach and location. Staff go above and beyond expectations. You really feel so welcome.
