My boyfriend and I recently just came back from our first trip to Cuba! And we miss it already!!!

We travelled through Sunwing and the process of our arrival there was easy! From the transit bus all the way to our arrival to the resort!

Upon arrival, we were given our bands. In order to prep our room, they allowed us to wander around the resort to get a feel for everything. Because we were hungry we decided to grab our late lunch and we sat outside. There, we met Clemente who basically took care of us our entire trip! We knew he was special. He brought us wonderful service and even did a magic trick on our first day and ever since then, he has become a memorable person for us!

The overall vibe of the resort and beach was wonderful, the staff was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay and plan on returning soon! The food and drinks were amazing and the room was always kept neat and tidy! We unfortunately don’t remember the housekeepers name but she was also one of the people that took care of us and became memorable for us as well! She always was kind enough to restock water and proper necessities for us (gave us an extra blanket when we were cold, gave us a tea kettle for our room, etc.) She and Clemente were also wonderful to talk to and made our stay there for those 7 days wonderful.

10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!

This resort was great, i was there for 5 days. Had the best time. Day in Havana , a day on a catamaran , a day in Varodero, then the rest relaxing poolside. The staff was incredible, the rooms cool and clean, and the restaurants were fun. Best times at the little cantina behind the pool.

It Cuba bring tips and items to trade, chap stick is huge, sports items, and car parts!

we had an amazing experience here, and it honestly could not have been any better. the food was great with lots of options, entertainment was amazing, and the resort offers so much for you to do there. We decided to eat at the patio of the restaurant on our first day and we met Clemente, he was our waiter that took care of us for the majority of our stay since we loved eating outside. He literally made this trip a 10/10 with exceptional service, an amazing attitude and a warm smile. He's very attentive and hard working. We will definitely be going back, the hotel for its great amenities and beaches but the service from staff is above and beyond.

I would also like to give a huge thanks to the house keeper in charge of our room. unfortunately i forgot her name, we were in room 3204 but she went above and beyond for us. My wife was suffering from allergies and the house keeper went out of her way trying to help us, she was wonderful and this trip would not have been the same without her, Clemente and the rest of the wonderful staff

Stayed for one week, it was perfect. The food is amazing and the staff is excellent. The beach is perfect. Elsa was the best, she helped us a lot. There is always activities to do, the staff never lets you get bored. We will definitely be back.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The Salon Concierge staff (in particular Greter-Naidelys) made our stay extra awesome/special). The outside of this resort is big and kept clean. The rooms are maintained and clean as well. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

Spend 2 weeks in this hotel and can say only one thing - just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for everybody, thinking about visiting Varadero. Everywhere friendly employees, restaurants, bars, reception. Most of all I would like to thank Mr. Roberto - restaurant manager, every day with a smile in his face and taking care of all the people. Also a huge thanks to Mr. Raul - bartender and the beach bar, great and most friendly person I ever met before. Looking forward to visit this hotel and Varadero again!

We had a great time! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities and free water sports. Special thank you to Roberto Carmona Food and Beverage Director in the resort for his amazing hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the beach was amazing and the waves make everything feel better. Naidelys and Greter were wonderful to deal with at the VIP lounge. They booked our a la carte dinners for us and were always pleasant to deal with. When they found out we rented a scooter they offered bottles of water and some snacks to take with us. The entertainment team was a RIOT!! We had fun with them at the beach and the pool. There was always something to do. Robert at the lobby bar was very attentive. We enjoyed all the drinks he made for us.
We would definitely come back to this resort. The hospitality was TOP NOTCH

Great stay Jan 4th to 11th.
Beautiful beach. Pool area very nice.
They do a great job keeping the main grounds very clean and well maintained.
Food was good. Buffet had variety , something for everyone.
The A la Cartes restaurants were very good. Our favorite was the Italian. We had Candido serve us twice. Very friendly great service.
All staff very friendly, great service.
Take a cab into town of Veradero.
10 min ride. Very clean ,pretty and safe. A lot of differents restaurants and bars for drinks.

My wife and I spent a week at this resort and enjoyed it very much. What impressed us most was the beach. We have been to many different beaches in Caribbean, but this one is for sure one of the best. A big shoutout to the two servers, Yaima and Anyeli in buffet restaurant! The two lovely ladies made our vacation even more enjoyable. They were smiling all the time and were super kind. However, the lady byrd the name of Kenia in Guest Experience office was not professional at all. She disappeared from her office from time to time. We tried not to let her behavior ruin our vacation. We may return to this resort next year.

Older hotel , yes . Rooms could use touch up. They were updating painting when I was thier in December 2023. Great staff , very friendly . Great beach ,great people , food lots to choose from , but let's face it , not thier for the food . Overall experience was amazing I've I was treated great everywhere I went . I've already booked to go back again .

Entertainment was lacking but in general its a beautiful hotel to relax in.... Enjoy your vacation .

Chambermaid service was awesome, the food was good always something to eat ,breakfast omelets or fried egg cereal some meats lunch good andwichs and such dinner plenty over all good experience for our 8th trip to Cuba and 2nd trip into veradero
