This place and its managers are scam artist! Do not book! I had booked this place last minute for my father to quarantine upon his arrival and the airport /government reps advised him that this place is not suitable or recognized as a safe place to quarantine. I called them immediately to cancel and the phone they have listed is not in service. I emailed them and no reply. Expedia was finally able to reach management and they refused to refund my money even though my father could not stay at that location. Expedia refused to offer any credit or further assistance.
