Sunwing front line staff from the airport to the flight.
Absolutely incredible. They handle every situation, diplomatically and with efficiency.
Your emails reminders are incredible and are so important in making the travel informative from prior departure and returns. They help me navigate selecting a seat and when my bus is picking me up, please continue to service.
The hotel los Delfines Continue to keep this on your package. The location is exceptional right in the middle of the town and walking distance to everything. What it lacks in its age and amenities it truly makes up for its location and its staff. I would like What it lacks in its age and amenities it truly makes up for its location and its staff. I would like to take this time to thank Marbely, Dadim,Yailia,Ofidalis,sheyla& ofaidels ……. Their customer service is exceptional always with a warm smile and always helpful. They made my week filled with joy and felt like it was a family setting.
Flights were all on time and very informative. No problems at all. With travels, you must go with a good sense of humour to make it through the tough moments with unforeseen weather that could cause complications that no one has control over.

Cons ;
If you’re staying at los Delfines resort I would recommend to bring a pool towel .

Conclusion ;
Continue what you do you’re very good at it Customer Service and the most exceptional vacation packages and at such an affordable prices That allows everyone an opportunity to travel Within their budget.

This place has been the greatest place I've been too in Cuba! The staff is amazing and food is great. They always have BBQ's going for the guests as well as entertainment and games during the day with an amazing nightly show! The entertainment staff is the best I've ever seen. They are kind friendly and very sweet. I am returning there again this year.

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and I must say that this is one of the best resort I have even been. The highlight of my trip was hanging out with the entertainment team. These guys definitely made our trip: jordan, Marlenis, janeydis, Alejandro aka batule and dj machin! I was very pleased with my morning coffee with the two sweet girls who work there. The buffee is very good for  a 3 stars resort. The bartenders are very polite and professional, my favorite one is elian but like them all.

Spent time at two 5 star resorts and then Los Delfines in two weeks. We loved this place the most. The food was better and the staff is amazing. It's small and personal. We'll be back.

Great price and the friendliest staff! The beach is breathtaking. Building might seem old but the room is clean which is more important to me. Walking distance from everything worth seeing in Varadero. Only con is that this resort doesn’t have WiFi. But if you’re on vacation, best to just disconnect and enjoy. Yanet is the best bartender!

Personal amable , comenzando por las recepcionistas ,maleteros, camareras , jardinero ,en el restaurante y la chica meitre censillamente genial!!! Nos sentimos muy bien ,muchas gracias a todos por hacer nuestra semana de vacaciones inolvidable ,regresaremos !!
