Motel 39

I stayed with my husband from Dec 26-Jan 4, 2020. I got lice from the hotel, the towels were very little and only changed every 3 days, we had to use them soaked every single day because they would never dry in the room, no towels for the beach were every available even though we asked every single morning, the first night we were taken to a room that was a condominium part of the hotel, farther away, even though when I chose the hotel I did it because it showed on the map that it is located on the beach (I was not the only one in this situation and only when I realized their mistake and complained twice - because we had no water in that condominium, not even cold water - we were transferred where we should have been staying), the food was bad and one day the soup was spoiled, I received one time milk with sugar instead of a Pina Colada, the animation was really bad, we had 70-80 English music and only after I complained twice they switch it to salsa. In the last night a drunk couple was having loud sex in the pool and there was no security guard present. Overall was a really bad experience! the worst I had in Cuba in my 8 stays there...
