Hotel Be Live Experience Varadero

It was a beautiful vacation.
Service excellent. Hotel dated but clean. Food ...as expected.
Price on point! Beach was awesome and always chairs available at the beach and pool.

I came here for Christmas and New Year's 2023/2024. It was the cheapest hotel available. It's also referred to as Villa Cuba. As expected, the hotel is not new or luxury however, for the price you pay, it's definitely worth it. The front desk staff and security are incredibly kind and courteous. They upgraded our room and always looked after us and our needs. There is an older gentleman who usually does the doors at the buffet and sometimes you catch him at the pool bar downstairs, he is such a gem. The resort is quite large and offers everything any other resort would. The entertainment here is probably one of the best in Cuba. I would definitely return here for the prices they offer. It's worth it. It's also very close to the Havana Strip which makes it easier to walk and save money on a taxi.

I recommend this budget hotel. Just got back from 1 week there and even though it RAINED for 5 days we still had a great time! The staff is so kind and took good care of us. Activities happened round the clock starting with a fun dart tournament at 9 am. There were also dance lessons and competitions, pool, Foosball, ping-pong .... oh and the beach is fantastic too and a close walk to the town of Varadero. Even the food was good enough fir vegan me and my carnivore kid. Truly I have found my vacation home.

I stayed at this hotel for 7days and it was amazing . Better then 5 star hotels I’ve been too . The food was amazing , fresh , flavourful and tons of options .

I stayed in the Be Live Las Morlas building but also had access to the Be Live Villa Cuba

The food & drinks were way better in the Las Morlas side but I did enjoy the beach restaurant at lunch on the Villa Cuba side

The staff were friendly , my cleaning lady Mary Cary was amazing . My room was always cleaned everyday . Everything in the room worked great & my bed was very comfy . The wifi works great it even works at the beach . If you run outta time the front desk will add more time to your wifi in seconds .

I was here during valentines week and the staff went out there way to decorate the hotel , and set up an romantic dinner .

The resort is big , lots of shops, disco , Cafe and ect that you don’t need to go off the resort but the highlight beside the beach was walking 15mins into town and hanging out with the locals and seeing how they spend there time off . Lots of bars , restaurants and shops in town to browse in

I’ve stayed in only 5 star hotels in Cuba but this was one of the best resorts .

I would highly recommend getting access to both sides Villa Cuba & Las Morlas

Also I must say I didn’t get one bite the whole 7days !! Not one . I didn’t wear any bug spray either. In the rooms there were no bugs either , not one spider , ant or anything !

I stayed in this hotel in 2018. The food was sufficient and tasty. Wr had different type of fish, shrimps, calamari. The salads were horrible but the buffet had enough of freshly cut veggies.
The rooms are quite old, like in soviet unit time, so be ready for that, I was fine, actually liked it as different environment.
The staff was friendly. The beach is amazing with a fine sand and turquoise ocean. There was enough of space for everyone. They had entertainment team.
I hope they have the same experience after COVID

Only the dishes should be cleaned properly, they are too greasy

I had a great relaxing time at this resort. I especially enjoyed the entertainer Joshua. He was so full of energy and got everyone involved. The food was good despite the food shortage in the country and the beach was wonderful. Thanks again for an amazing trip!

The hotel was clean and the food was good. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Entertainment staff kept everyone involved . We were especially impressed with Angela . She is very personable and goes beyond her job of entertainment and interacts with quest to help them in any way she can. She is a good ambassador for the resort.

Had a great week at the place. Got what we asked for and the price was very fair. Don't understand what everyone says when they say the food is bad. The fruits are delicious and the bread is amazing. Stick to that and you'll be ok. The meat is fine as well. Breakfast is great and the pool is nice and warm. Beach is beautiful too.

Found a last minute deal, booked a ticket and left 2 days later to: Be Live Experience Varadero. Honestly, best decision for me.

If you’re looking for a fancy, modern hotel - this ain’t it. If you want a fancy hotel, either pay 2x more and or book a nice hotel in your own city. I personally love the older buildings, there’s so much character and culture to it vs the typical modern buildings.

Everyone knows the food is not that great in Cuba, this is not exception - however, it’s still bearable. I gave it 5 stars because I enjoyed my time, the service was great, the entertainment was good, and the beaches/ country/people were beautiful.

I stayed 2 time at this beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and big, bad was so comfy. It is so close to the beach and it is really enjoyable experience staying there. Food was excellent, so tasty and delicious. Employeess provide exceptional service, their warmth and hospitality is unmatched. They made my stay very memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s really fantastic and very affordable.

It was my first time in Cuba we went here because it was a good rating and the price was great. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. Many of the staff spoke French and a few even spoke German and Italian. The pool was nice very clean and not too busy the staff rinsed off the chairs daily to keep them clean . There were chickens , black birds . pigeons Sparrows and pelicans on the property. Kayaks and peddle boats were available to use. I really enjoyed the dance troope that perfomed nightly at 930pm . It's a great hotel to experience Cuba . The room we had wasn't impressive but the view was great and the air-conditioning worked . We spent most of our time drinking lemonade and watching ocean . bring sunglasses

Great hotel. The all inclusive deal makes it all the while worth it - the food can get repetitive but still very nice, staff are very helpful but the best thing is due to the added beach extras are all free and included apart from snorkelling which is offered, also the night time shows are fantastic starting at 9:30pm.

I traveled for the first time to Cuba this year and stayed at hotel Villa Cuba and what an experience I had! I happened to travel alone and because of the friendly staff at hotel Villa Cuba - I had an amazing time! Everyone who worked there from the wonderful people behind the bar to the charismatic entertainers - they all made my stay at the resort a memorable one! It was incredibly easy to meet so many people from all over the world and there wasnt a single that didn't leave me with a story to tell!

Hotel villa cuba was an amazing experience with great service. When we got there, they gave my family a Villa instead of a hotel room, the food was good and the beach was only a minute walking distance from the place.

Enjoyed my stay there. The people who worked there so pleasant and helpful. Would go again
