Hostal Magda y Gilber

We've stayed at this nice casa three times in the last 3 years and had a very comfortable & friendly welcome each time. Located very handy to the "main drag", this casa offers proximity to activities, restaurants, stores, money exchange & of course the beach! We're again reserved for another stay in early 2019 so I can't say enough to brag it up.... Madga & Gilber are super friendly & helpful with a ton of knowledge & tips for local food markets & other necessities. Highly recommend a stay at their place, both units are self contained with kitchenette capability, double & single bed & shower & room to sit outside with a clothesline & laundry service offered for a few $. Enjoy Varadero at a fraction of the cost.....

Really good place and nice people. Large rooms with air con and a kitchenette. Close to the beach.

2 Belles grandes chambres dans un jardin très calme en journée
On entend un peu la musique du bar les Beatles mais cela ne nous a pas du tout gêné
On est à 4 min à pied d’une très belle plage et à proximité de tout
Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner mais Magda nous a servi gentiment un bon café.
Tres bon accueil et toujours prêtes à nous aider

Magda canceló sin previo aviso nuestra reserva que habíamos realizado con 4 meses de anticipación cuando ya nos encontrabamos en el lugar dispuestos a ingresar, dejandonos en la calle en temporada alta. No recomiendo en absoluto este hospedaje. Este tipo de actitudes contribuyen a que la gente se hospede en hoteles en lugar de casas particulares a la cuales considero muy buena opción en Cuba. Espero que no le suceda a nadie más.
