A nice place, next to the bus station, open 24/7.
For 550 pesos you can get a continental breakfast that includes two eggs, few slices of bread and a fresh juice. Not very big portion, but with the coffee it was enough for me.
The stuff is friendly and engaged.

Varnissage restaurant has the best food and service. the chicken sandwich and cheese burger was delicious. th tea and caffe late were also nice. best resaurant at the best location with the best service.

Excellent 24-hour place for snacks. Had fruit platter and beacon and egg selection. One of the best choices in food selection. Restaurant is directly by the main street, outdoor setting. May have to endure street noise. Breakfast is the best. Overall, I had a great time!

The prices are fair and the service is good. Change rate is not the best so better to have Cup.

In Varadero for a week, tried a couple of other spots, but always came back to Vernissage. For every meal and late night munchies. Food (tried more than a few of their dishes), portions, cafe, mojitos, prices, and everyone who works there are amazing! Fully satisfied with every visit. 🖤🖤🖤

We visited several times during our stay in Varadero and everything we tried (burgers, sandwiches, pork steak, fruits,…) was really good and well presented.
Service is superb and staff really friendly.
Prices are reasonable for the quality. Extra 10% is charged as a tip automatically but it is clearly marked on the menu. As always, recommend to pay in CUP.
It gets really busy at lunch and dinner time so there might be a queue even for the outdoor seating.

The best food and service in Varadero. This was where we ate for the entire week as our hotel only included breakfast. The food is well prepared and tastes very good, although they need to work a bit on the presentation. The service is amazing there, the staff is super friendly and attentive, if you come several times for sure they will remember you and welcome you with a smile. I am Cuban and we have a classic dish called "Ropa Vieja" (shredded meat) they have that dish and I can say that this was the best "Ropa vieja" of my life. The price is ok, for Cubans it can be a bit expensive but visitors can find it cheap. I see a good price/quality/service ratio.

Nice staff and very good food. Prices are also better than most of the places in Varadero (the only disadvantage would be that the dishes don't come with any side dish by default, like rice or so). But otherwise totally recommend.

I was so happy to find this place after a couple of failed attempts to find a nice restaurant in Varadero. Their burger is amazing even though you can’t compare the portion size to an American standard.

Great spot open 24hrs! Limited menu outside of peak hours, but includes a great burger, which we had many times when we were hungry late at night after our resort restaurant had closed! Also had the ropa vieja (as seen on the attached picture), which was amazing.
You can pay by credit card!

Be cautious, you have to pay an additional 10 % service fees here! Not that common in local restaurants in Cuba.
Atmosphere: nothing special but nothing to complain about!
Service: only place in Cuba where you get the exact amount of change back! Positive!
Food: fruit plate was not ripe, but not bad. Otherwise really good quality.

Great breakfast spot! The house breakfast is great, and the fresh juice and fruit is delicious. They fully cook the bacon, which was a pleasant surprise after being served nearly raw ham at other places during our trip to Cuba. Make sure to take your smart device so you can order from the QR code on the table. They also have very affordable pricing. The indoor seating with A/C was very much welcomed during the doldrums of the summer. Two full meals and coffees for under $15, can't beat that! 5/5

We stayed in Varadero for 5 days and 4 of them we started with breakfast at this place. As far as I understood, they are open 24/7. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. Loved the fact that they have fruit salad in their menu, as it is somewhat hard to find a fruit&vegetables shop in Varadero.

Loved this place!!! If you wanna have good drinks/food for a fair price with good service you'll be happy here. My parents had the ham and cheese burguer and they loved it! Me and my brother had a shrimp cocktail (super fresh taste) Make sure you give them a thank you and a tip 😁😍
