Bar Varadero 1920

Located in the park, it was a lovely sit down bar. The Pina colada it was delicious and can be ordered without the booze (great for kids) and at a fair price, 180, compared to the street stalls at 500- 600 (You buy those for having a pineapple or coconut as a cup.). It overlooks the water and has a great atmosphere.

Good coctails in pretty surroundings. Be sure to pay in CUP (cuban peso), the prices are super cheap then. Regular coctail around 1.5-2€. If you pay in EUR/USD it's expensive, double-triple the price.

BONUS - you can rent boats or waterwheels and take a tour on the lake. Waterwheel rent was 5 CUP so almost nothing.

Eines unserer liebsten Plätze in Varadero. Schön angelegter Park, tolle Bar mit leckeren und preiswerten Cocktails (in CUP bezahlen). Der RumPunch war sehr lecker und di egut gelaunten Barkeeper/Kellner schenken auf Wunsch Rum nach.

Klare Empfehlung unsererseits an alle, die eine kurze Pause bzw. Auszeit von Sightseeing und Innenstadthitze benötigen.

No es la mejor piña colada que he probado en Cuba, pero esta realmente buena y con muy buenos precios. Dos piñas coladas y dos aguas 400CUP. Personal muy atento.

Dice el cartel que tripadvisor la catalogó la mejor piña colada del lugar. Totalmente coincido con esa distinción. Ruquísima, natural, bien hecha. Los sabores a piña y a coco bien destacados. Si estás por Varadero no podes dejar de probar esa piña colada. El parque es una belleza que vale la pena recorrer.

Toller freundlicher deutsch sprechender Barkeeper Namens Melo. Getränke liebevoll zubereitet,und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht so sehr das daraus eine tolle Freundschaft entstanden ist. Wenn Corona nicht wäre hätten wir uns schon wieder umarmen können.
