Great staff! The resort is beautiful. The food was amazing and delicious. Lunch by the beach is my favourite. They take great care of their guest. There’s always something to do, and there’s always a nice night show. The entertaining moment team is good ask for Sol she works with the children’s The rooms are properly cleaned everyday and the girls who clean it are so sweet. Overall great resort, would definitely come back again!

Awesome service, great hotel, bungalows are super and we had great service from staff especially Sol she’s super with the kids! The entertainment team is wonderful. The food is good especially the snack bar yummy pizza and ham and cheese sandwiches. We will come back here for sure

Our stay was fantastic. I’ve been to Cuba 4 times and this my favourite resort. The food was great, entertainment was amazing and our rooms were so close to the beach! Sol at the daycare was amazing taking care of my little girl, the bartenders were so friendly. 5 stars

It’s my seventh time in Varadero. If you know Cuba: Bella Costa by Iberostar is great, staff is awesome, music and entertainment are the best, food is as good as it gets here, the beach is incredible and very clean! They have a great pool, gym and facilities for the kids if needed ask for Sol .Not far from Varadero: perfect after party walk! Worth the stop! Cuba Libre!

The food was great is very delicious wide variety! Hospitality fantastic! Love this resort! Will definitely be back! The entertainment team is super great Sol was a great dancing teacher! She was top notch and very awesome! The room is good and the beach is fantastic. It is nice getaway, that we really enjoyed!

Food is always delicious, staff are super friendly and offer great service. Two bedroom suites are a game changer for travelling with friends and family. Daycare available by the lunch buffet ask for Sol. The beach is one of the best I’ve seen in Cuba and is a close walk from anywhere on the resort.

We love this resort, the food is excellent. The entertainment crew gets things moving, Sol is so much fun. The bars are great. The returnees dinner is delicious, we had lobster. The beach is beautiful and only steps away from everything. I've been here 5 times and will come back again.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the drinks are very strong, they clean the rooms really well the pools are really clean and the water is a perfect temperature. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the ocean is super clean, the beach is also really big so more than enough room for everyone. The shops have a lot of nice little souvenirs and essentials.; The food is good and the entertainment team is nice Sol is fabulous i like come back here

We enjoyed our visit at Bella Costa as returning guests. It was very nice to see Sol again and other memorable staff that we have missed since our last visit. Thank you Bella Costa staff (especially Sol) for welcoming us back :) The entertainment team is super. The service was very good and friendly.

The staff is AMAZING! the food was also very good! The beach/pool were awesome as well, everything here was 10/10 The Entertainment Team is the best or the best.Sol is so nice and Fernanda too . I hope i can come back in the near future . The beach was full of entertainment with fun activities, the bar staff was super welcoming , very good drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Is my first time in this hotel. The food is good as we can expect from Cuba. The lobby bar is excellent. The room is good People here is friendly and fantastic. Sol is my best friend here.beach is amazing, pool is nice, The entertainment team is very good Maybe I would come back here. I would like them to improve internet so that could work every place. This is paradise

More than I expected. Beach is amazing. Bed is comfortable! Hot water great! Clean ! Good pillows! Food has been better than we heard. Good omelets but you also have to try the local food! You must understand the food they have to work with! Bread was amazing! But most of all ! All the staff has been absolutely amazing!! The entertainment team is nice .Sol works in daycare and dancing lessons at pool are fun!

Sol was very helpful with watching our kids. We left them with her and were able to have a nice relaxing day. Highly recommend the kids club. Food and hotel was nice. Rest of the staff was very friendly. One of the best resorts in varadero. Must go if you are visiting.

Beach is beautiful and close to rooms. Food was excellent. Staff is generally good. Proximity to everything is good.
Drinks are great.Juan Antonio from the lobby bar is fabulous Cafe shop was excellent. Cappuccino was my favourite. This is a so so resort. The entertainment team is great .Sol was fabulous.
The staff try their best with communication. My Spanish is not great but between us was ok.

Food here was great, I definitely recommend going to the snack bar and watching the nightly shows, they’re very fun! We really liked Sol (an employee) and she was really nice to us! The beach was very beautiful and unlike many I’ve seen!😁🇨🇺🥰

Been to this hotel 4 times and never been disappointed. Changed my room when I asked.. the staff are so polite and kind especially Sol in entertainment. The entertainment team is super. My 4 time here and brought my 3 girls, wife and nefew . The is food is decent and beach is damn clean. I suggest this one for any family or even a few boys to get there drink on...

Hotel was great would like to see a nonsmoking area. Food was good. Always found something to eat. Entertainment was great, we play with Sol is wonderful girl. Beaches were really good. Ernesto is great . The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Our first time in Cuba and the best part of coming here are the people!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My kids loved the beach and pool of course. There are some setbacks with the hotel being older, there is a musty smell in the rooms that I'm guessing is from the AC air when it blows. We actually kept our balcony door open most days so it wasn't too bad. I feel for the staff because a lot of the shortages of drink ingredients, food etc are not their fault but you can tell they do their best and work with that they have. Night shows were nice and the entertainment staff always had something going on to entertain around the pool area. Hotel definitely needs a big facelift though.
