A great club in a tricky location. El Garito is located down an alley in between a couple of shops. The music and vibe are fantastic and the drinks are good. It reminds of some of the old school raves I went to in the early 2000's with the black light artwork. I definitely plan on going back.

This place seems a little under the radar, it is down a little alleyway off of the Main Street. The jungle/latin house music vibe was a great time for a night out in Costa Rica. Drinks were fairly reasonably priced and it feels like a spot where you find a crowd that is truly down to embrace the heat and dance. I wandered into a few other places on a Saturday night and they were either a little too packed or a little more oriented around drinking/standing and talking than dancing.

When i discovered this place i found it as an small gem, but it came out as a huge jewel!!!
Totally worth it to go visit this place for a very good time when you're in Tamarindo! 🙌🏼

The most underrated bar/club in Tamarindo. The house/deep/progressive that they play is out of this world and creates an amazing atmosphere in comparison to the ear bleeding top40 that the rest of the town's clubs/bars play. The owner Marshall is a great guy and knows how to get the party going. The bar is located in the backyard of the building and is of a good size and feels cozy.

I strongly recommend people visit this place for great vibes, especially in a group. True house music connoisseurs will definitely appreciate what this place has to give!

Bar/ club con djs muy buenos que ponen diferentes tipos de música electrónica. Un alivio de lugar, diferente del resto donde solo ponen reggaeton. La pista de baile está al aire libre. Me encantó este lugar :)
