Lovely little spot with delicious food and good prices! I had the eggs Benedict and my kids liked the pancakes. The poached eggs verged great on their own too!

Loved my short chat with the owner while he was holding the newborn daughter. Talking about the food, I ordered the Divorced Egg, and that was really really good

This was my favorite breakfast spot in Tamarindo. The food tasted delicious, and the coffee too! The waitress was very friendly. Easily walkable from most hotels. They take credit card.

The food is incredible. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and efficient. We ate at several places around town and this was our favorite!

Unique Costa Rican Cafe, small little whole in the wall with delicious breakfast. It’s family owned everything is cook from scratch just be patient with service.

We have come back to this little outdoor breakfast spot several times and always enjoy the food and service. Especially enjoy Divorced Eggs and the ham and cheese omelette. Very good coffee and really enjoy their caramel latte.

Descent cafe with a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The food is tasty enough, not spectacular. Large portion size when I ordered the vegan plate.

The price is not cheap, but everything in Costa Rica is kinda expensive if you are a local person.

The food was excellent. We were a group of 16 and everyone tried something different. The reviews of their choices were all excellent. Even the children, ranging from 7 up to 14 loved it. It's true Costa Rican breakfast choices. Marilou was the best, her service was above and beyond. We could not recommend Cafe Tico more, you need to try them out!

My partner and I went for an early morning breakfast at Cafe Tico one morning and it was by far the best breakfast I had. I had the French toast with fruit and my partner had crumb tacos . The portions of the food were great as well, we took the leftovers home to feed our hungry, hungover family.

The staff were super nice and the setting is so pretty as well. The cook even came out to ask us how our food was and thank us for coming to them which made the experience even better.

My partner likes to have a cold brew coffee in the morning which was perfect cause they also had almond milk to combat the slight lactose intolerance.

One of our favourite casual spots to grab breakfast and coffee in Tamarindo. The staff are excellent and friendly. Food was simple but well made with good quality ingredients. Thanks Cafe Tico!

This place is my favorite breakfast spot in Tamarindo. There are alot of places to choose but this place is top of the list. Jay and his beautiful wife are wonderful hosts. Marylou will treat you like you deserve to be treated and the back kitchen staff churn out mouth watering menu items with precision not see at restaurants that are twice the money. You WILL HAVE a great experience here.

The food here is delicious! Please try the breakfast burrito…the eggs and avocado are amazing and side salsa has a greattt flavor. The way their cook chars the outside of the tortilla a bit is a nice touch 👌🏼

The absolute best breakfast spot in Tamarindo!! They have traditional food options as well as more western/modern options. The iced lattes with oat milk and caramel are to die for. Best breakfast tacos and burrito and the classic breakfast is great too.
