Some pertinent information was left out any communication. I believe Chris M the manager of the tech department went above and beyond to provide a fast solution. This manager took the time to really treat us with respect and understanding. His level of integrity really shines through. The level of service shown by Chris M shows his dedication and he needs a self clap on the back and should be recognized as a prime standard in customer service.

Well stocked with variety of foods,household needs,computer and photography supplies and pharmacy. Great supportive staff and wonderful business hours. Just be careful in busy parking lot and access points.

I was in the photo lab section of LD and was helped by Sussane M. She was amazing! So helpful. I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to even start and she walked me through the whole process with ease and friendliness. Im so glad I asked her for help, she made my Christmas shopping way easier. Thanks Sussane M!

My preferred London Drugs location in Nanaimo. Good service and nice staff willing to take time. Sadly I bought some magnesium powder that had been tampered with & was told it’s extremely common in this downtown location. But they gave me a refund with apologies.
I also used to take my MacBook here for service but not sure if this is still an authorized Apple repair. Maybe someone else can answer that.

Wow, I went here to print some pictures and a really nice lady named Susan help me pick out the photos and she printed them right away always have loved London drugs for photo printing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else right from my iPhone.

Picked up my wife's medication, and with the help of the pharmacy worker was helped to understand a delay in "Authorization" from a government stand point. Thank you for that and for all the other service you have provided for us over the years. It's reassuring to have compitent knowledgeable staff to deal with.

I love the variety of products. London drugs brand of products are very affordable and they work. I have tried several London drug named products and will continue to use any and or all products needed now and in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Diane is just the sweetest. Over many years she has always remembered me and both my boys. Always great to see her beautiful smiling face. There are many more staff members I think are amazing but I can’t remember their names. I will write about them next time. I’m actually on my way into the store at this very moment. Have a great day 🤩

A good location, Photo department staff are great. Bought an expensive camera lens from them which ended up being defective out of the box, Easy to return even though they didn't have it in stock. Only took a week to get a replacement lens to the store. Called me right away.

I come here for all my electrical and phone needs and I must say their staff at the tech dept. Need a raise, they are so sweet so compassionate, so helpful and truly go above and beyond and really care about the people in the communities. ive been in and ive seen them just go above and beyond each time. Dylan in Tech is a wonderful human being. i highly recommend shopping at this location . their security is so nice and non judgmental, ive never had a bad or negative experience with their staff nor in their store. This is a really great location to get your needs met.

I like this London Drugs. Not only is it in a super accessible part of town, it’s also got a great selection! If I’m in need of school supplies I run here and get what I need in an instant! I’ve also noticed that the staff here are incredibly friendly and I always chose to checkout with a cashier rather than the self serve checkouts because I always have fun conversations with the cashiers! Despite the troubles downtown Nanaimo has, I enjoy visiting this store!

I was having a heck of a time deciding which way to go when I decided to join the world of mobile technology. I'll forgo the frustration stories of 'other' phones & PC emulators, because it was time to go NEW.

First I went to a service provider, but I felt like I was intruding on their time opening boxes and they didn't offer me any suggestions. Then I went to London Drugs because I recall my good experiences there before & I was so happy I chose to follow those good vibes, because I walked out of there feeling like I'd just bought a Porsche...well, in comparison.

Alexe was the most friendly, knowledgeable, patient 'mentor' I could ever have found and he truly made my day. I really love my Samsung Galaxy/Koodo/2GB/$65 package, and talk about features & freedom & elegance...now I can. Even more, my family & friends love that I am now mobile...yay!

People that work there are really polite and helpful they really like helping

I went in to get my passport photo. The lady was nice and extremely efficient. She took my photo, edited, printed, cut and billed me within 5 minutes.
