A year ago he bought a ninja oven. It has worked awesome the other day it quit for some un known reason. as we bought this at Canadian Tire, I thought well I’ll take it back to see what they say cause I didn’t have a receipt. I did have a visa on approximate date when we bought it. I walked in this morning they were eager to help and that they did they found my receipt online Replace the oven. Not even a question ask I gotta tell you the best service Canadian Tire thank you very much. First time I’ve ever returned to Canadian Tire in 30 years.

Absolutely outstanding Service by the mechanic Ethan in the automotive service department. He was extremely accommodating and helped us work on our bill for our elderly Nan and Uncle. Extremely polite, Very professional and kept his cool the entire time. Worthy of a fat raise And an annual subsistence for hookers and cocaine. Good, old-fashioned Canadian boy

Their on sale price were really on sale. You can buy items in a low low price.

Their were really great accommodating and helpful if you ask help from them.

I love buying kitchen items here as well as furniture.

They are cheaper than some stores. You can collect triangle points here which is great.

I had a problem with a Canadian Tire product. It failed after just a few uses. Craig on the customer service counter was excellent. People like him are the reason my family and I shop there. He sorted out the warranty issue on the car battery booster. Thanks for your excellent service. A satisfied customer. Richard

Fraser in the parts department is excellent, and deserves to be recognized for it! He honestly should be leading others on customer service practices, including the store manager.

Upon a recent visit for a motomaster car battery warranty exchange/return, I was provided a new battery that was defective, and tested defective. The store manager indicated that he cannot now sell the new defective battery to someone else, despite me not even being able to drive away from the parking lot due to the very battery they just sold me. After some lengthy discussion, and Fraser’s help, the manager was able to appreciate that Canadian Tire just sold me a defective product and the right thing to do was to swap it for a working one. (I suspect it had been sitting on the shelf for an extended duration and the charge ran very low).

Regardless, Fraser’s customer service was truly what made the otherwise very long & frustrating experience much more tolerable.

We need more people in the world like Fraser. Thank you for the excellent service!

Pro tip: Insist they test your new battery prior to leaving the store at Canadian Tire. It may just save you a few hours of your Saturday!

I was recently in the tire shop, I have nothing but good things to say about the entire team. I mostly dealt with Sean, he was very friendly and I knew like I was being taken care during the entire process.

The staff of Canadian tire auto parts is very helpful and friendly as well. One of the employee name Ethan was very helpful all the time. He really guided me what is best for me. Really love their customer service.

Seriously look for the red or orange or yellow tags. Be patient if you want something it will go on sale. Not too mention the nursery is awesome. Great people there.

We had a tire sidewall puncture that stranded us on the island. We had our car towed to this location after hours, and came in at opening on a Sunday and met Zamir at the service desk. I explained we needed a new tire, but of an odd size. They had a tire in stock, and though they were booked until 1 pm, they were able to get us in and out by 11 am. Fantastic customer service!

Im new to the island and had to get an out of province certication as I recently moved on the island from Ontario. It was a long wait from appt to all done, but the Service Manager was awesone and he knows his stuff. Will definitely come back!

Picked up a package of batteries in Nanaimo store. When I got home, I couldn't find them. I had receipt, so called the store. Went through all the logistics of the purchase with Shawn, was called back twice as video surveillance was reviewed. On 3rd call he told me to check my wallet. There they were!! I had searched my car 3 times and even dumped my purse, but receipts were not to be found. So grateful to not have to do the long drive back to the store.

I lived in a few different cities, and this is my favorite Canadian tire. I’ve use their auto service, their online ordering, and general in-store purchasing. I have even had to return an item, and everyone is super helpful, patient, and lovely. The auto service team is very helpful, and always tries to offer you the best deal because getting your vehicle repaired can be expensive. If you use the online ordering feature, you do have to wait about a day for it to be ready for pick up, and then a little bit of a wait inside the store while the warehouse delivers you the items you ordered. But all in all a very lovely store.

It is pretty good to buy the majority of indoors and outdoors furniture.

Nigel in the service department, came to me when the battery in my truck died not far from the store, gave my truck a boost and had a new battery in it in under 30 minutes...Tamara in customer service years ago, tracked down oil and filter purchases I made so I could make a claim on warranty for my wifes car through the dealership. This ended up being a engine recall from GM. The service I have from this store has been great!

Tamara in customer service is enough of a reason to give the entire store 5 stars. She has the hardest job and does it so well. Thank you, Tamara, for your care, your efficiency, and your fair treatment of customers.

Great service with two trainees while I was trying to get some help. I only remember the name Ethan, super helpful. This was in the auto department.
