Best place on the island to take your vehicle and best service by far. Brought my truck in for repairs from an accident and Paula in Service had it dealt with and fixed faster than anyone else on the island for mechanical and body work! Couple weeks later brought the truck back to them after camping and they detailed my truck fully and Allan in detail just killed it! my truck looks brand new again, so happy with the service and work provided. Highly recommend!

When we got our car, Hayden (sales person) was helping us. He was very patient and clarified everything for us. He was excellent in communication. There were some services offered to us by the dealership. Hayden helped make sure that we received those services without any issues. I bought my 2016 Ford Edge Car at Nanaimo Chrysler Dealership because the Sale Associate Ezra Anfossie-Heather went above and beyond with me as a customer, he took his time and came to get me from Port Alberni to Nanaimo to see, and to try my future 2016 Ford Edge because I didn't have any transportation. He also sent me videos of all the parts of my car and explained to me in big details all the features that my car has which makes me fall in love more with this car, and invited me to purchase my "DREAM CAR". Plus everybody else there was so nice, and treated my friend and me with high regards, and big welcome. I highly recommend it to future customers because they completely take care of all the customers, and their clients' needs in what they are looking at in a car is their first priority.

Traded in my 2013 Dodge Charger SE here for a 2021 Charger RT. They gave me a very fair trade in price on my old car! Carla was super helpful and down to earth and answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the features. I did everything remotely from Vancouver so it was a very in and out experience with as little down time as possible. Everyone we dealt with from sales, financing and insurance was competent and professional. Most importantly I am loving my new car!

Thank you SOO SOO much for dealing with night shift emails, my hectic schedule nursing well over full time, and most importantly being an amazing human to connect with. Never did it feel like any “salesman” interaction I’ve experienced in the past. As a single woman I never felt lead astray or pressured like I have in the past from “traditional” car salesman.

Fantastic experience buying my vehicle here. I had previously visited four other dealerships and was not impressed by the rushed and/or pushy sales people. I went into Nanaimo Chrysler and Ezra supported us to find the vehicle we had hoped for. He and the entire sales team were supportive, patient and worked to help me find what I wanted without ever pushy me towards anything. I love my Jeep! And I would definitely go back here again if I needed another vehicle.

Typically I immediately get stirred the wrong way whenever I simply want to checkout and test drive a few cars. Andrew made my experience the fastest and easiest decision I’ve made this year! Thank you to Brandon as well for always making sure I’m taken care of. You’re all a bunch a beauties

We were driving to Vancouver Island on holidays when the brakes on our 2015 Dodge Ram unexpectedly went. We had warning lights, leaking brake fluid and some really serious smoke and smell. Needless to say, we were quite concerned. We called the dealer and they managed to get us in later the same day.

The truck would need to stay overnight and repairs couldn’t be completed until the next day. However, every single person we dealt with in Service were beyond excellent. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to Sam (who booked the appointment), Lexi (the service rep we dealt with) and Mike (the mechanic who even showed us the issues and let us take some pics).

Now, with nothing but time on our hands, e even looked at trading in the truck on a new one…and while very tempting, we just couldn’t justify it at this time. The sales guy, Cole, we dealt with was super friendly and spent so much time with us, even when we assured him we were just going to repair our truck. There was never any pressure and he was very empathetic to our interrupted vacation.

And either in an attempt to close the deal, or just because they have truly great service, Cole and the Sales Manager (Ben) even arranged for us to test drive the new truck overnight, so we could get to a hotel and back to the dealer the next day. So if that isn’t exceptional service, I don’t know what is.

I think when we’re ready to trade in, we might even justify another trip to Nanaimo to deal with this group of exceptional people. I would highly recommend them for sales and/or service.

Update: we traded in and Vince and Shae were awesome to help push the deal over the finish line. So excited. And broke. Just kidding. Got a great deal.

Ezra helped us find our new vehicle. He was extremely patient, listened thoroughly to our needs and adapted quickly as some of our needs changed. All the staff were friendly and not pressuring by any means. We were very happy with our experience.
