The UPS Store

First time using this UPS Store "printing services," and it was amazing.

I was looking to have a photo printed in a large "poster size" for my house stairway wall.

I was assisted by Meehan. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He provided the best options for the printing that I wanted.

I was very pleased and happy with the end results... and I got even happier to know that my wife loved it and she was delighted with the poster size photo.

I/we will definitely come back again to this UPS store location (at the east entrance of Walmart) for their amazing printing services, plus the great known UPS delivery service as well.

I have had the same customer service representative each time I go to this UPS and he is an absolute delight! He's super fast and friendly and knows his stuff! I hope they are paying this guy what he deserves because I basically use UPS exclusively because I know he is going to make it a breeze. I feel silly that I don't have his name yet. I will get it next time I go in to give him a proper shout out.

There are places that give good service. At this UPS store Ben goes beyond the call of duty. The first thing you will notice is his genuine desire to give you the best service you could possible have. You are not just another customer. Ben gives you a heartfelt welcome and cheerfully and professionally gives you all the information you need to know to make a pragmatic decision.

I had a complicated package to sent and Ben let me know ALL of my options, what to send and how to send it. Ben also helped me package everything so it would arrive safely.

He is very proficient with his time and your time. For example after giving me the information I needed and the forms I need to fill out he cheerfully will look after other customers while you are busy filling in the forms. Ben has a way of making everyone feel important! I have been at other places where the employee would give someone forms and everyone would stand around and wait for the one person to fill it out. It is frustrating to other customers and frustrating to the customer filling out the form because they understand they are holding up service.

I have my own business. I understand what a gem Ben is. Ben just inherently knows how to give customers service it is not something you teach. Thank you Ben you are my new UPS store!

UPDATE: I picked up my print job from Ben yesterday and was beyond happy with the results. They are menus that I created for a party with each guests name personalized at the top. Ben did a fantastic job with the processing, printing and finishing/cutting. He was very friendly throughout the entire process. Thanks Ben! It turned out better than expected. I will definitely return and 100% recommend this UPS location.

I was heading into walmart to use their instant print stations for a print job, but noticed the UPS store on my way in and thought I would see what they offered. Ben helped me and was extremely friendly, pleasant and knowledgable. He very kindly facilitated a rush order for me, as I did not realize the service would normally require more lead time. This was very much appreciated. I haven't been back yet to pick up the print job, but I am confident that Ben will do a great job just from the initial contact I had with him at the store. I definitely recommend this UPS location for their great customer service.

UPS Store 531 has just recently opened and we were there first customers! Mehran, thank you for providing us lovely service. We loved how the cards turned out and can't wait to connect with the designer for the flyers. I would honestly recommend everyone to use their services. They would go an extra mile to fulfill your needs and make sure you leave happy.

I had some printing done off a USB drive. The last 2 times i've gone in, the Gentlemen have gone above and beyond expectation. I will continue to use their printing services. They are friendly, prompt, and do exactly what is asked. Great job guys!

Amazing Customer service! I have mailbox with them and often visit them for printing and shredding. The associates are extremely polite and help me with whatever I ask for. Been a regular customer, never had an complaints!

I went to this store to print a few pictures for my friend's birthday.Ben gave me very good suggestions about how I could use those pictures and I ended up printing them on t-shirts to wear during the party. I was amazed by the quality and how great the service was. Highly recommend this place!

My wife had to get some print work done and found these guys. The experience was pleasant as well as rewarding. Walked us through everything and followed up every step of the way. Truly reminded me of what customer service used to be like, bravo guys.

We went to the walmart yesterday and saw this new UPs store. I printed a couple of 4x6 photos and large posters. I got the order yesterday and the quality were amazing. Also, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended.

Most amazing place . I had Todo a RUSH print of some cards we had one hour till closing and this nice fellow on September 18 stayed late for me and printed them Literly saved my bum for my show tommorow I can NOT thank this company and the guy behind the scenes enough I wish I got your name thank you so much if I can do 6 stars I would!

I needed to return shoes I purchased and the company told me (on the phone) about the other two locations in Guelph but didn’t mention this one. Glad I used Google which pointed me straight to this one. Service was excellent, next level. I was treated very well and my return was taken care of quickly.
