Little Short Stop

I shop at this location fairly often, mostly for my elderly parents. I get mostly news papers and lottery tickets and a specific chocolate milk that my father loves. The staff are exceptionally kind and often ask how how they are. its the small things that make a difference a short conversation, a kindly greeting when i enter the store. Karunakar and Leslie truly understand that customer service is an art and they both are masters of it.

Friendly staff especially the day shift staff. There is one guy who works afternoons & he can b'e quite rude at times. I dont like going in when he is working. I paid for some items in change once & he tried to tell me he only wanted me to pay him in toonies & loonies!! I told him i would pay him in what ever change I friggin wanted! He definately needs to works on his customer service skills!! He is the bigger guy that works there. The skinny guy is very friendly & jas excellent customer service skills!! The Lady with the dark hair who jas worked there stleast 3 heard or more. She is MY FAVOURITE!! SHE ALWAYS HAS A BIG SMILE AND A FRIENDLY GREETING WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR!! SHE IS AWESOME!! SHE SHOULD GET A RAISE & MAYBE BECOME THE MANAGER!! :) Keep up the good work everyone!!

it is a very nice and welcoming store! i was short on money and they gave me a free drink to help out! over all very clean and friendly

It's a really nice simple convenience store, essentially its a small grocery store. It has all the usual chips, snacks, and drinks. It also sells lottery and cigarettes.

Years ago asome friends caught them laundering counterfeit money as well when we tried reaching out to the owner all she did was cover it up and disappear indicating she has something to do with it
They have been doing it for many years
Don't trust this store for any reason
They seem nice but this proves they are not

Nothing's changed here over the years. Apparently a prerequisite to employment at this establishment is that one must be extremely rude and ignorant and not possess the power to smile!
