Ironwood Dental

Dr. Hussein has been my dentist for over 25 years (guess we're both old now!). I've had wisdom teeth out, crowns, appliances, and more fillings than I care to admit. Recently, I've been a frequent visitor and have seen Dr. Ali and Dr. Jason. The high level of care and work has remained consistent among all three dentists and they all have a great sense of humour.
I'd also like to mention dental assistant Christina, who I had for a filling and crown. Both dentists told her what a good job she was doing, which in turn made me feel less anxious knowing what good hands I was in. She's also super friendly and funny.
Highly, highly recommend Ironwood Dental.

They were so great. I had not been at Ironwood dental for over 10 years since we had moved away from Guelph. But they took me right in, when at other places I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. It was a consultation for a specific tooth problem. They were so nice and helpful and gave me good advise and at the end they didn’t even charge me anything. I will definitely go back even if I have to drive an hour, its worth it.

I have been seeing Dr. Hussein and his team more than two decades. Ironwood dental team is very sincere in their work and advise. They always care about their patients. I never had any issues with them. I strongly recommend them.

Dr. Hussein and his staff were very welcoming. I have gone to multiple offices recently to get an opinion on a problematic tooth and they were honest and upfront with me about my options. It is easy to tell they care about their clients.

Love the friendly and caring staff. I have been going here for nearly 20 years. Dr. H and his team have taken great care of my whole family’s teeth! Highly recommend.

Dr. Hussein and his entire staff are amazing! Once again they have helped me on very short notice. I must say that their efforts in helping go above and beyond what one would usually expect. Highly recommend!!!

I've been going to Ironwood Dental for over 20 years. First, seeing Dr. Hussein and now his son Dr. Ali Hussein, who just like his father, is an amazing dentist. Their team is very courteous and professional, and their dental hygienists are top notch!

Always a pleasure to see everyone in the office. Had a cleaning today and all went very well. My hygienist was friendly, professional and did a great job. Always a real pleasure to see Dr. Ali even if only briefly (very busy man👍).

Amazing dental office! Very clean and the staff are so friendly from the moment you walk in. I commute from out of town to this dental office because of the wonderful and caring staff. Dr Hussein always has a way to make patients laugh and feel at ease and my dental assistant, Stacey, was so friendly, accommodating and kind. A great and peaceful experience overall!

Tiffany, the receptionists was amazing. You can tell right off the bat that she is a hard worker with a great people personality!
Krista, my dental hygienist had her work cut out for her. She was patient, kind, reassuring and respectful. Krista, your kindness saved me from a full blown panic attack and for that, I am thankful.
Dr. Hussein his self is a great dentist, down to earth and very reassuring that he is there to keep a healthy smile as well as understanding and helping the anxiety that comes with the dentist.

Amazing experience as a new patient at Ironwood. Tammy is my hygienist and I’ve never had such a pleasant and noninvasive experience at the dentist before. We always appreciate the top quality care we receive at Ironwood Dental. We have been patients for over 20 years- our kids now too. We moved 2 hrs away over 10 years ago and still drive to Ironwood for all our dental needs.

Dr. Hussein told a joke that made me laugh. His first successful joke in over twenty years that I've been a patient at Ironwood Dental. The reception area is still playing the fish cartoons. Maybe I should book an appointment in the evening to see what's on TV? Dr. Ali has a new baby, a girl! The cleaning was excellent, as always. Highly recommended.

Being new to Guelph, I googled 'dentists near me' and completely lucked out with Ironwood Dental. I've never laughed at a dentist office before - with both the dental team and the front of the house staff. Really down-to-earth, professional, personal and 'understanding', who "love their jobs" and successfully passed their good spirits off to me. My hubby and I went back the very next day for a cleaning. This is the first review I've ever completed, as I felt this service really deserved it.

As a person who is not comfortable in a dentist office, I can honestly say that the people who work here are miles above the expectation.The front desk service was impeccable. Not only friendly but also efficient.
I asked for a cleaning and nothing else. They explained in full detail what would benefit me going forward and I appreciated the honesty. The hygienist who assisted me was professional but also human. As someone who works in customer service, it was actually really nice to have a genuine conversation with someone. They obviously hire well.

I have been coming to Ironwood Dental for many, many years and they always make me feel completely comfortable and extremely pleased with the kindness, patience and thoroughness I have gotten from all staff! I still continue to come even though I live out of town now.
