The staff escort you to the item/product you're looking for. I'm not a store roamer. I find a CSR and ask for their help. The staff are professional and fun. The printing department is efficient and friendly. This is my go to anything office.

I frequent the print shop and am always impressed with the staff. In particular, David is especially accommodating and kind. He has always remedied issues (many times mistakes I made!) quickly and efficiently. Great customer service! Thanks team :)

Great service at this location when I came here to pick up a new desk chair. The sales associate was quick to offer help, locate the chair and offered to carry the item to my vehicle as well. Made the experience very easy and painless.

Great service and Knowledgeable staff. Very clean store and easy to find anything I was looking for to check out. Really like the way the electronics department is set up. Lots of variety of products to choose from. Signing up with Koodoo on my cellphone was done very smoothly.

Often don't associate them with phones, however, I am glad I gave them a chance. Raj, the manager of the phone department and associate Akshay, gave us great service, much more pleasant than dealing with the phone service provider.They dealt with them and did not push us into a contract like Best Buy tried to from the start, unwilling to sell unlocked phones as advertised. The general manager was helpful as well.

ReviewI wanted to do a it on this Staple's print shop, They are amazing on two occasions I needed a print job done for the next day's event and they expedited it and had it done immediately. They are helpful and courteous and if they catch a problem they will help you correct it if they can. I have also used the website print services and the jobs have always been done promptly and correct. I have not personally used them for mounting Pictures but was once there and made a comment on a couple's item they were picking up the couple told me that they had used their service quite a few times and we're always happy with the service and the outcome. I have looked up whether or not staples currently has an app that can be used for the print shop but did not find one but like I said the website is very easy to use for printing. I would definitely recommend this Staples for print jobs and other electronic and office needs, I found the store to be very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with you visit.

We arrived at a busy time (about 2:30pm) I was assisted by the fantastic Kathleen who was the Service Manager. She was so understanding and knew what I wanted to accomplish and she made it happen. She truly went above and beyond for me and made me love this store! Thank you so much! =-)

Helpful staff and lots of selection

Went in because the South end staples didn't have the Dymo printer I needed in stock - this location had three. The staff greeted us and were friendly and helpful. We were looking at the Google Home Mini as well and they answered most of our questions, as well as honoured the sale tag that was on it, even though it had expired. I was very happy with the friendly, quick service we received!

Staff was incredible. Jimmy rang my micro SD card in so quick.

I was able to recycle ink cartridges & purchase refills all in one place. Richard was very helpful and informative when I was scoping out printers for future purchase in the new year. Richard was able to provide information on ink, proper paper (for various uses), as well as cost per page in relation to paper & ink. He was professional & took the time to know my needs for the printer on professional and personal uses, while keeping my budget in mind.

Other then did not have the set of ink jet printer cartridges as a set. So I bought them separate. To clarify this they did not have the exstended life HP 65 as a set but did have the original set. Just less copys can be done. But I'm glad they had the HP 65 cartridges. So I could get my government stuff copied
