I'm not a crafty person, but went in anyway. It's such a large store, when you don't know where to look.🤔 I was fortunate to find an employee, they took me right to the items I needed. Never expected to find jigsaw puzzles, so I bought 2 nice ones at a reasonable price! Will definitely be back. 👍

Favourite arts and crafts store in town. Our go to for anything creative we have in mind.

Lots of parking, area is clean inside and out.

There’s plenty of stock for items. We generally shop for craft paper and cricut supplies to make custom items for our store.

Prices are good as well and the back section has a large framing section for large photographs.

The entrance wasn't Halloweenie compared to the other Michaels in the area. It was bright and clean, the cashier helped me with my pick up order. She was polite and quick.

Such a great place to shop. So many hidden treasures await! The yarn selection is the best in the city, but still wish it was better. I love crocheting clothes and stuffies, but can't always find what I need. They keep running out of safety eyes for the stuffies. Their flower selectio is AMAZING!

Some picture frames always on sale , buy one get two free best place to buy them, busy but checkout is fast and easy even with self checkout, staff helped me not good with self checkout with sale items

One stop shop for all your crafting needs. I always check Michaels for my crafting needs specially the vinyl stickers, they have an assortment of stickers that suits your budget

Warning: getting out of the store without buying 10x as much crafting gear as planned is extremely hard. This is made all the more difficult by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are happy to help you find anything.

Love a good sale!! I could be a regular business if youd give me a discount all the time. I have a small floral business.

I purchased a Shadow Box that weighs a ton. I traveled there by transit and knew that I had to make arrangements to get back home. My ride wasn't coming immediately which was great so I had more time to Christmas shop. The great thing about Michael's was that I called in the day prior to see if they had the exact Shadow Box that I needed which they did and it was the last one in the store. I asked for a favour of holding the item til the next day. With it being the last item, stores don't usually like to hold the item. I explained how important it was to me and thus they were willing to hold it for me. I informed them that just the other day I had witnessed in another store where this gentleman went to Customer Service to pick up the item that they had on hold which also just happened to be the last one available and they had sold it to someone else. The poor man was devastated and I just couldn't believe that they had sold that item that was on hold. I would have been FURIOUS!!!
Needless to say that I told this woman this story cuz I didn't want that to happen to me since it was the last one in the store and some careless Customer Service Worker just decided that the heck with the woman that really wants it and has asked for it to be put aside cuz here we have a customer right now willing to purchase it now. Pooie on that cuz I'm not wasting my time to go there for nothing! So I informed that woman to place my name on it and to say
"Only Sale To This Woman" The woman chuckled and said that she would do that. Now when I purchased it they also held it for me til I finished my shopping else where and they had no problem in doing that. So that was very nice of them to put it aside once again for me.

I went in looking for a specific mold for fondant but this is a smaller location. Couldn't find what I needed but was fortunate enough to find a chocolate mold of what I was looking for instant! It was exactly what I needed and great price! I was happy I didn't go by the website & bonus used the 50% off coupon on it! Also sound a set of fondant letter cutters I'd been wanting to find forever on sale 40% off! Small section for baking but still a great selection!

It's always fun to shop in this store. Great selection of supplies and helpful staff.
