Great location! Went there for the first time and wow is it ever huge!! So much stuff! Was looking for the streaking kittens and barking kittens and they had plenty in stock! Looked around and found a lot of kids toys and many other items along with the large selection of books they have! Staff were very helpful and kind. I will be back!

I'm not a bookstore person. I read mostly on my e-reader, but I had to get an adult coloring book for a Christmas present. I had no idea where to look, but a kind employee took the time to show me where they were she actually took me to them, not just pointed the way. I felt that was the type of service everyone should give

Loads of selection and if they don't have it but it's part of the wider Indigo stock, they can get it to the store for you for no extra cost. I really appreciate that service

Always find more than what I go in for. Love when they do the surprise bags! I've done a few of these and have never been disappointed, I've even read and enjoyed books I never would have chosen myself.

Guelph location at Stone Road Mall is a great store! Great selection of book and many other gift ideas. I will shop here again.

They have a really good collection of books for all levels. Really organized and arranged. Their service is also exceptionally good. They also have gift items.

This store has a good layout with a Starbucks. Enjoy your coffee while getting lost in books. Staff are excellent, helping, and guiding you through the store. Stopped in before Christmas, tons of gift options.

LOVE this store! I am an avid reader and there are so many great books to choose from! Nothing can replace a real book with actual paper pages in my opinion. Plus they have many innovative and beautiful gadgets for the house. I could spend hours in there!

Looking for a card for that special person who has achieved greatness by turning 80 we managed to find just the right one. I have not been to the mall or even been in Indigo for years. There are a lot of nice things in this store but the prices are high.

We love Indigo, especially Mary Ann. She's always so upbeat, enthusiastic & willing to help. She's been such a huge encourager & over the years, has helped my daughter pick out many different books & series that she has come to LOVE! She's helped me find the perfect birthday and holiday gifts & has truly gotten to know my family! We have always loved this store but since the last the last big renovation, it's even better! Large selection, helpful staff & bonus points for the Starbucks being right next to it! Love my Starbucks & books! So does my daughter 💙💛 PLUS when a staff member will look EVERYWHERE for a book spending as much time as necessary to track it down, that is AMAZING customer service!

Do you like books? Do you like comics? Do you like coffee? Then you will love Indigo (formally chapters)! It's a big book store full with all of the items above and more! Kids section full of age appropriate books and toys, areas to sit and rest, monthly magazines and even all that Japanese manga the those crazy weeks are into these days.

Honestly, if you hate peace, quiet, or books, maybe you should stay away. They also have nice, helpful staff who can help you find stuff fast in the sometimes confusing store layout. 10/10 place in my opinion!
