You can tell they have a true passion for what they do and aren’t just out to make a quick sale! Thank you all for making us pet parents feel so welcomed and appreciated in your store! If I could give more than five stars I definitely would!

Excellent service with walkins available for the bathtime! They have a really nice chocolate lab on site :)

Customer service is great, They helped me try to find a brand of treats that they no longer carried, when i couldn’t find it at their store they called another store for me and had them put treats away for me. I was very pleased with their help

As usual this store was wonderful there is one closer to my house but needed the dog wash before 9:30 in the morning, the lovely young lady that assisted me was a tremendous

This wonderful cat belongs to a family living in a subdivision close to us. However she has decided she needs two houses. So she now has two loving families.Two food supplies, two beds. Twice the amount of love packed in daily. All her daily wants are from here. Great service and selection too.

I went into Bosley's the other day with my young pup who has been feeling like pet stores are vet's lately and just wants to stay by the front door. The staff were so great at encouraging her to come in just a little further, so I was able to make my purchase. You all rock!

I have been a fan of PetValu for years, ever since the owner of the Saint John, NB store went out of his way to bring a rubber cat brush back from his Charlottetown store for me (my cat would not tolerate wire brushes when she was younger). Apparently, this commitment to customers extends across the country, as the staff here are fantastic, always willing to help. Great selection, good prices, great staff.
