DHL Express ServicePoint

Very very good service, much easier than FedEx especially when shipping personal documents from China (fedex asked my mother to print fill and scan five forms for a passport way too complicated). Of course technically that one in China was DHL-sinotrans a separate company partially owned by DHL, the service was really good.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Abdul and the unnamed customer service agent who helped me with my DHL package. Their outstanding support is one of the main reasons I consistently choose DHL over other freight carriers. Initially, I thought it was just a few individuals with remarkable customer service skills, but after using your services across 3 continents and 12 cities, I'm proud to say that exceptional service is deeply embedded in your company's culture. Thank you for consistently exceeding my expectations!

They were really helpful figuring out where the packages are. Kevin was the person who helped me. He found our products and helped me load them into my car. Wonderful service :)

The person working at the Counter today (May 6, 2022, closing shift at 8pm) was extremely helpful. I went in right when they closed at 8pm but luckily the door was still open. The worker was still willing to help and went back to the warehouse to locate my parcel. Staying back a few minutes on a Friday night to help someone when they could have easily said "We were closed" is not something you see often these days. Thank you once again!

Finally!!! Jamie and staff at the back helped me find the hiding parcel!!! Although it has been late for a day, I still appreciate. Jamie does not only try her best to help, she also makes you feel calm and less anxious. Many many thanks ❤

2021-11-17 afternoon update
4:30pm I came back again to check the status of my missing parcel. Another customer is having the same problem and she is waiting for hers. Bill helped me this time, but he could not find it either 😓 I called customer service and a lady told me it would be ready for pick up by tomorrow morning. Panic. Frustrated. Helpless. I will update again.

My urgent parcel was missing for two days. I came again at 9:30am to hopefully pick it up. The reception lady Jamie tried again and again to locate it ❤ Many thanks! Also thanks to the staff working at the back. But the parcel is still missing 😭😭😭 I will update again.

DHL is so much better now after complaining twice. So far the most on-time big courier. Always deliver to my door. Five stars for the improvement.

DHL is good, fast and on time. But some drivers are terrible. No sticker, no door bell, no knock at the door, nothing, then message me "Delivery attempted; recipient not home". Come on. I even put up a note saying that I am home.

I always receive the best service from Bill at the front counter at YVR. I appreciate him for going above and beyond to deliver every time. Keep up the great work.

Fast and really friendly and helpful. I had a delivery that was going to another city coming in from overseas. I had signed up for notifications online, so I knew exactly where my package was every step of the way. My travel plans changed, so I called DHL and explained that I was in Vancouver instead of the original delivery destination. DHL quickly diverted it for pickup the same day at the airport service point. Overall really impressed with the customer service from the people on the phone to the person at the pickup location

The first time I sent a package with DHL I went to the Richmond office and the staff were great, specially the Asian guy(I can't remember his name) at front desk. every time we needed help he was very happy to help us and he is full of info about sending your package. since the first time that we sent a package from this office we never go to another office (and we send package every month). we been very happy with the service in this office and we thank all the staff for a great service.

The team there were very efficient and super friendly. I come here many times to pick up parcels and the service has been very consistent. I use to have them deliver to my door, but the delivery driver experience has been hit and miss so I prefer to go to this service point.

I’ve never felt so much appreciated leaving a courier service company and Lewis is the best rep I’ve ever met in my life who assisted me with my simple request but I can totally feel how much passion he brings to his daily job. Just like what Lewis said to me, rainy or sunny, it’s always a good day! I hope the management team can read this and feel really proud to have Lewis as part of their team.

Been using DHL for all my international deliveries for the last couple years. If you have all the details prepared in advanced for your pickup or drop off you won’t have any issues. Best time to go is in the afternoon/evening when Lewis and his crew are working.

I think this CBSA office is great. I have never had to wait too long and it is close to DHL and in the vicinity of UPS. The only thing is, dont park in “Random Monthly Parking”. You will get a $86 ticket even if you get a parking ticket from the machine. Make sure to park in “Visitor Parking”.Impark should have added “only” to that sign.

Had to return an Item through DHL Richmond BC location, was greeted by the nicest guy, Lewis. Helped me out with every little bit of my transaction. He went over an above what i am used to for sure. Really the guy made my day. Lewis, Thank you. DHL take note this is who you want to model your employees after!!

Lewis has been of great help. He's supposed to be on his break and his supervisor asked him (right in front of me) NOT to help me out. He continued to assist me as he thinks customers should come first. Kudos to his ethics and positive attitude.

No idea why so many negative reviews, but DHL has been very fast for me. TWO days from Hongkong to Vancouver. I can pay the duty on their website in advance so their driver can drop off the package without leaving a sticker. Further, I can manage the package by waybill to leave instruction to the delivery driver. This is such a nice feature if novody at home. UPS or FedEx do not seem to support that well.

With a strange turn of events, the package arrived at my office's address which I never supplied.
The employees must've done extra work by searching for my name online.
I am still surprised and glad at the same time. Thank you kind and diligent person working at DHL. You may disregard my previous post.
