I love this store in Vegas, and now here at the airport. There are designer brands and decent quality goods. But, my 5 stars is for service. The attendant helped me pick out some gorgeous pieces, but accidentally charged me twice for a necklace.

I called 3 days later and they pulled up the receipt and refunded me over the phone, no questions asked! Great service, thank you!

i bought a pair of frank lyman jeans from this retailer in yvr on Feb 16. i wore them on feb 18 the belt loop tore away at the seam when i put my belt through it. i was going back through yvr on Feb 19 when i stopped into the retailer with the jeans and my receipt in hopes they would replace the pants . I was told by the sales lady that she would need manager authorization and she came back saying they wouldn’t exchange be cause i had already worn them. Don’t purchase from this retailer as they don’t stand behind the merchandise they sell. i’ve worked in retail and this is not correct. an exchange should have been made. now i’m having to have a seamstress fix after paying $200 for these jeans
