Dr. Stephen Kwok

The medical clinic is clean and neat. Medical assistant's Gloria and Laurence were both polite and attentive. They are well ordered in preparing the medical records and, efficient in assisting the doctor. Dr. Kwok attends to the patient's concern and explains well. The medical team is outstanding.

Doctor Kwok is a very good doctor.

郭醫生非常專業，繁忙之餘，他亦盡量解答我的所有問题，看出他對病人的關心，耐心聆聽。感激！

The receptionist is extremely rude. We are customers and patients, she should not certainly yell at me through the phone like that, as I am not familiar with the procedure of requesting Dr. Kwok's referral.

There is absolutely no need to blast 10-12 sentences at me just because I asked one stupid question.

I will consider creating a Health Care complaint to the BC Government.

I just want to add here that I am assisting a patient who has urgent mental health issues and needs referral for urgent admittance to the hospital in another province ASAP.

It's a terrible place. I came to ask about the doctor's free hours, and the woman who works there just threw me out the door! Terrible customer service.

今天带我妈去这个诊所做体检，给她办签证延期要求的体检，Richmond就这一家，没得选。体检过后，真的忍不住吐槽一下，体验极差，没有任何服务可言，医生的态度倒还可以，但是对于前台两名女性工作人员的态度，我给一颗星都觉得多，态度冷淡，没有耐性，问问题带搭不理的，你跟她讲礼貌，她低着头忙自己的事，当你是空气，而且说话也听不清楚，我都怀疑我们说的是不是同一种语言。还有诊所内部的硬件设施，我感觉和上个世纪差不多，体重秤是用秤砣的那种，身高是墙上贴了一根尺子，医生的血压仪也很老旧了，感觉这个诊所最大的优势可能就是他们是Richmond唯一可选的IRCC指定体检诊所，但是真的太烂了！！就吃老本吧，看你们吃到什么时候。
