A fantastic, caring, kind and compassionate staff. Professional and knowledgeable Veterinarians (as well as caring, kind and compassionate). I have English Bulldogs so I'm no stranger to the Vet. clinic. I recommend Erin Ridge Vet. Center to anybody who asks me if I know a good Vet. in St. Albert or North Edmonton and sometimes I recommend them even if nobody has asked! :^)

the best vet clinic i could have taken my baby girl to. after years of fighting with a previous clinic for years on treatment, dr wheeler was able to diagnose Kiwi with psychoactive hypoalopecia and within days, Kiwi has improved to the best health she’s been in years. Dr Wheeler is kind, compassionate and she listens and works with the pet parent to get to the bottom of a situation. the clerks and assistants and also incredibly lovely and you can tell they truly love the work they do and love the animals they get to see. animals are worshipped in that clinic and scared parents are heard. thank you.

Started bringing my dog here a couple months ago when a tumor on her tail started growing. They’ve been very helpful and understanding as she’s been healing, even when some complications arose and she’s been needing to be seen more frequently. Very friendly staff! I woke right next door and they let me see her on her walk after her surgery as they passed. Just amazing staff and services 🤗

I have always had pets, and lots of them. Erin Ridge vet is by far the best place i have ever taken them. Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming and treats my animals with love and care.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Wheeler. First visit at this Vet office and from the front end staff to the Vet, everyone was amazing. Very professional and sweet with my Old Man. Strongly recommend this vet office, especially Dr. Wheeler

Compassionate, thorough, friendly, family focused.. those are just a few words I could use to describe Erin Ridge Vet. We followed Dr. Buisman to Erin Ridge to this clinic - she has ALWAYS been someone who truly understood who we were as people and who truly understood what our animals meant to us. When we had to put our beloved Jasper down during COVID, not only did the Erin Ridge staff stay late for us but they gave us all the time in the world to be with him. Dr Buisman was so kind, she not only gave us the time we needed with him but also made Jasper comfortable, she sat on the floor with us and shared in our goodbyes with him. This clinic truly treats our four legged's as if they were a part of their family.

Over the years, we have accumulated Labradors and have been able to maintain our senior citizen husky (Who is now 16 yrs old). We would not have been able to keep these 3 as healthy, happy and mobile as they are without this clinic. They have ALWAYS ensure that our dogs had quick treatments, ALL of our questions were answered and would NEVER rush appointments. So for those of you who have had to wait because of us, I am sorry, but know that they would do the same for you. When I have had to rush a puking puppy to them because of an allergic reaction, they fit him in right away... when our boy rough housed so hard one had a ruptured duct in his eye, he was seen ASAP and when our senior dog had uncontrollable diarrhea, they did all the necessary testing (quickly) and ordered an U/S (that was done in 48 hrs) to find out what was happening. For the first time in his 16 yrs, he is now eating 2x a day, has normal bowel movements and is so active.

This Veterinarian team is filled with positive, caring individuals. From the time you first call in to book an appt to walking into the clinic, the experience is positive. This team is STELLAR and as Veterinarians move into retirement and a new Veterinarian Professional team is built, I have complete faith that they are building something incredible from their reception to techs to vets this clinic is top notch.

When choosing a practice to take your animals too please remember that veterinarian teams are humans. They are highly trained and are continuously working towards offering owners and their pets the best possible medicine. They are taking time away from their families to be with yours, will stay up late thinking about their patients and how to help them - we have personally experienced this type of care from the Erin Ridge team. Thank you Erin Ridge for not only your Professionalism but for loving and caring for our boys as if they were yours. We love coming to see you and always feel like we are getting the GOLD STANDARD experience!

Highly recommend Erin Ridge Vet Centre! The staff are very friendly and care about your pet. They have always answered my questions and gotten my puppy in for appointments with short notice when needed. I am always comfortable and confident taking my dog there knowing he will be well taken care of!

I've been taking my rodents to Erin Ridge for over a year now and can finally say I have a vet I trust. Dr. Lauzier is incredibly knowledgeable on their unique challenges and has genuine respect for the animals. The other staff are always friendly too and after many appointments we've always had only a couple minute wait. Even though now I have to wait in the car thanks to COVID-19, I'm never worried because I know the rodents are being treated with compassion. Thank you Erin Ridge vet :)

I brought my dog here a few days ago, best experience I have ever had at a Veterinary office. I had to get some shots done in a hurry and they got me in right away. Dr. Jackson was extremely caring and patient. My previous vet would muzzle my dog, here they saw she was nervous and timid, so they took the time to gain her trust. You can really tell everyone who works there really care about animals.

We have been using Erin Ridge Vet since September 2018 for our dog. They are very thoughtful and patient with our dog, who can be nervous during visits. They suggested coming to the office during dog walks so our dog would get pets and treats to associate the clinic with positivity. This was in preparation for her spay surgery, which went very well!!! Thank you for working with us and Scout to be comfortable!

Dr. Jackson is phenomenal.

I've taken my monitor lizards a few times for checkups and because of respiratory infection and he was able to help quickly.

The receptionists are very friendly and professional and definitely like to be kept up to date on their patients.

They called me a couple weeks after to checkup and see how my reptiles were doing.

There is free parking out front and they are also close to Costco and Pet Smart (if you need some pet supplies).

Overall, always a good experience. Can be a bit pricey sometimes though.

Today I had to do the one thing all pet owners dread, I had to say good bye to my cat who meant the world to me. I was very fortunate to have 19 great years with Jasmine and it ripped my heart out when the time came to say good bye. The staff at Erin Ridge Vet were super kind and compassionate and after spending my last minutes with my sweet girl, I gave her over to Brandy and knew immediately Jasmine would be treated very well up to the end. Thanks again for making something so painful a little easier and thank you Dr. Dodd for doing such a great job looking after Jasmine.

Highly recommend Erin Ridge Veterinary Centre….the staff and doctors are amazing and truly care about your pet. The front end staff are always welcoming with a smile (can see it behind the mask) and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for everyone you do.

Dr. Lauzier was fantastic! She was very friendly to my chameleon Elton and I on our first visit here. She treated my boy as if he was one of her own... He wouldn't sit still so she just let him climb up and down her shirt and onto her head haha. Explained everything to me in detail with what she was noticing about my chameleon. She offered a load of options for me with my budget as well as options I had when I could round up more money (being a student full time makes bills difficult). Overall the staff were all very welcoming and friendly and all took the time to make sure I was 100% in loop with what was going on. Would reccomend this place to everyone!!! Cheapest vet I've found who gives great customer service and deals with reptiles!

Id like to thank Dr. Brent Jackson for his help, Even though we had to put our baby girl Drogo down he did everything in his power to help us before it came to that and never tried to sell us unnecessary procedures or tests. Thank you for being genuine and sincere, its nice to find a vet who cares about his patients.

Great experience. I called in with a concern about my guinea pig, and they were able to see him with very little notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lauzier was great, her professionalism and compassion for animals are the reason I'll be coming back. Thanks!

Dr.Cox is amazing! She really cares about my fur babies like they were her own. Such a nice person to deal with! The whole team is amazing! I drive from Fort Saskatchewan because they are just that great! I recommend this place 100%!
