MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual

Went here for family day. Food was amazing, our server BrittneyG was so good I didn't even notice when water or sodas were low. Chill vibe and atmosphere. Steak was cooked perfectly. Chicken Salad was huge. Appetizers were delicious. I've never felt the need to mention a bathrooms at a restaurant but, there are no stall bathrooms. All single private bathrooms first time I've seen that, now I wish they were all this way 😅. No men's or women's just 6 or 7 personal bathrooms for 1 person.

Amazing food! Atmosphere was nice. We sat on the restaurant side, instead of the lounge. Servers are awesome! Been there twice in 2 days. Lol. My friend said she's never had a more flavorful and tender steak! Fish & chips were good. I had a burger. Although not a homemade patty, was still delicious. Chicken tenders were huge! Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience tonight at this location, From entering the establishment, which was clean, inviting and comfortable, to the service - which was fast, friendly & helpful, to lastly, the food which I enjoyed bite after bite, if a picture is worth a 1000 words, here is mt take! I'm definitely coming back!

We decided to try something different and wanted to see how Mr Mike's stacked up. Mr Mike's is conjoined to Hampton Inn & suites. It has both a dining room and a lounge so you can choose which area you would like to sit depending on your mood. There is ample parking close to the entrance and all the spots are clearly marked. Upon entering Mr Mike's, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess and I was asked which area I would like to sit, the lounge or the main dining room. We decided to go into the lounge where there are TVs with sports and music and there were board games to play while we wait for our meal which was pretty cool. Our waitress was very polite and respectful. We decided to go for the All Canadian Lodge Burger and fresh in-house made onion rings which also came with homemade Mike's sauce, we also ordered some garlic parmesan fries and in-house fresh chicken tenders. The burger came out absolutely perfect, hot and juicy and very flavorful and the condiments were fresh and the bun tasted absolutely amazing compared to the standard buns you get at other places. This burger is now my favorite as it has dethroned my previous best tasting Burger in Edmonton. The onion rings were absolutely delicious as they were hand made and thick cut and cooked to perfection, golden brown on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. I was quite surprised with the garlic parmesan french fries as the flavor pops in your mouth and it was very surprising as they seem to have a type of coding on them that made them taste so good. Now, about the chicken tenders, they were absolutely perfect. I've never had chicken tenders of this quality and flavor as they also came out golden brown as they were hand-tossed and the coating was perfect as it kept in the moisture but had that crunch when you bite into it and so fresh. It is nice to go to the restaurant and be impressed that have new flavors tickle your taste buds and I would like to thank Theo manager and his staff for making our stay enjoyable and I look forward to visiting again and try out some more items off your delicious menu (I have to try your steak). I highly recommend visiting this restaurant as you will not be disappointed. Mr Mike's scores a 9.2 on the Munch meter and it is a place you have to try out. Reasons for this score, fresh homemade ingredients, quality of the meats and the food, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Excellent job.

Burger and fries were hot and tasty. Atmosphere is very nice, quiet, what I expect from a steakhouse. A nice place for lunch and a coffee or beer with friends.

Our family ate here tonight and everything was perfect from start to finish. Parking is free and there is a lot of it. The hostess was professional, friendly and asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. Our server was attentive and ensured we were happy with everything. The place is immaculately clean, and the decor is lovely. The washrooms were the cleanest I have ever been in and smelled nice and fresh. As for food, the chicken fingers were deliciously crisp, our daughter enjoyed them in her kids meal. We had Mike Burgers, they were perfect. If you have had a Mike burger before you know that they are one of a kind. They come on a garlicky baguette style bun and have a unique sauce. I always get extra sauce because I love it so much. The fries were spot on. Very fresh and hot. Their gravy is a must if you get fries. Definitely make the trip to this location if you’re wanting to eat at Mr Mike’s!

Stopped in for a bite with my husband and had Anna as a server in the lounge!! Top notch service!!! Excellent food!!! 10 out of 10 recommend

Three visits now in 2 months. A group party for a grad, lunch with friend and then my hubby and I went this week. Everyone loved Mr. Mike's . Spreading the word in my family

Actually just went with a friend and we just had soda drinks. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. My friend gave her a bigger tip than what the sodas were, bcuz she was so nice.

We thought we would check out this newly opened steakhouse and we weren’t disappointed. We started with the stuffed mushroom caps and they were really good. My husband and I both had the filet mignon and it was delicious, so were the sides. Nice house beer & cocktails as well. Great atmosphere and staff, the service was good.

Can’t think of a better way to fill my time this afternoon. A game of battleship with the wifey while I wait for the most perfect fries on this planet partnered to a beautifully made masterpiece burger of awesome. If you’re in the area, come check this place out.

Beef Dip is my go to at any restaurant and Mr. Mikes has got a good one! The au jus is perfect, that sort of rich dark (almost black) colour. I’m definitely going to get it again.

Have had steak here as well and they are good, along the same lines as you’d find at most steakhouses.

I had only ever been to this restaurant chain in Grande Prairie, long ago, was impressive. Finally ordered delivery here, from this new location in Edmonton; lobster mac n cheese and the salad with the cranberries and poppyseed dressing. Both really good, very satisfying, did not disappoint. I would recommend asking to add fresh chopped tomatoes to the mac, if you like that kind of thing. Would be perfect I realized after already ordering. Very creamy and cheezy, has chopped green onions, yum. The salad was a good amount of cranberries, pecans, etc. I do recommend.

One of the beast steaks in Edmonton. I couldn't believe the quality and taste of my meal. The cook on the steak was perfect, the flavor of the steak was unmatched compared to anything I've had... beats out The Keg, Chop, and dare I say it even Ruth's Chris. For such a casual steakhouse, the food is fantastic.

The food was good. I went on lodge night. It was pretty slow. There were three customers in the lounge. The service started out slow. We waited 6-8 minutes to get a hello from the bartender. She was busy talking to the one customer at the bar. It improved though. I was just put off because it seemed like my friend and I were deliberately being ignored.

Great service! Wait staff were awesome! The food was spot on! It's been so long since we have been to a Mr. Mike's and our first time to this one! We will definitely be back! Since we LOVE Mr. Mike's!

Celebrating with the family at MR Mikes is a great decision. Appetizers and the four main courses we ordered were unbelievable....
Each meal has its unique and amazing taste , portions were great ,service was quick and professional .The atmosphere and overall experience was phenomenal.
Definitely will be back to try different menu items .
