Excellent store. I use the grocery delivery service from here quite often. It's an excellent service. Very accurate. I love it. I have a disability so it's great for me. The delivery staff are awesome!!! When I do go into the store the staff are excellent as well. This is the Save On North Store that I shop at. Keep up the great work.

I love this clean, and well provisioned store.
It's true, they tend to be on the expensive side BUT when the service is this good, you don't really care.

Ryan and Linda are the best Pharmacists ever _ they make the store the best ever to shop at _ keep up the awesome work team!

My parents had bought a Best Buy gift card for me over a year ago. When I finally went to use it the balance was $0 because it wasn’t activated (the receipt showed that it had been activated). The first two managers I talked to on Saturday didn’t seem to care about the problem and didn’t seem to want to help fix the problem. I had to come back in on Monday.
Colleen W(customer service representative) and the manager (I think his name was Jaime) where both very pleasant to deal with and had the problem solved in less than 10 minutes.

People and computers make mistakes, that’s just life. It only becomes a problem if it’s not dealt with properly. Tho it’s unfortunate I had to talk to 3 different managers, in the end I was very happy with how this situation was resolved.

This review is specifically for the Pharmacy staff. My roommate got her vaccine two days ago and said she didn't even feel the needle. Props to them (specifically Linda) for having a soft touch. Good work offering the vaccine!

First time visiting this location - it's well worth the trek from downtown Edmonton. It's a great location with great value that Save-Om Foods is known for.

All the staff were adhering to Covid-19 protocols which was comforting to see. In addition, very helpful to people who aren't familiar with the layout of the location.

More notable is the the family feel on Save-Om in general. Each location I've visited has always had that small town feeling where you are welcomed.

Definitely will be returning to further explore and I highly recommend the visit!

The guy in the meat department is amazing! I know, it sounds strange, but it's true. Everytime I go there he greets me with a smile, tells me the specials, it makes me feel welcome. The staff are well trained, and always help me when I'm searching for that impossible ingredient.

Great place though much pricier than some other grocery stores. If they have a sale it's a great sale. Always good produce. The staff at the tills are always nice and seems like a good first job for local kids. They also seem to do a lot of community fundraisers and other community work. But the real highlight is the deep voiced dude in the meat department that calls me ma'am even though I think I'm too young to be a ma'am - haha. Reminds me of how grocery stores were when I was a kid.

Oh there's a kid who does the online grocery shopping who seems really stoned. A friend agreed.

My favourite grocery store to shop at. Staff are friendly and helpful and I might be obsessed with collecting points for travel! I am actually writing the review about the bakery tho! Recently I ordered a cake for my sons bday. All he wanted was Black Forrest with a hockey theme. I called everywhere and no where was able/ willing to do this for us. Chris at this Save on Foods bakery went over and above and made it happen and made my son very happy so I thought he deserved a shout out! Thank you!

This is our favorite grocery store in St Albert. Perfect location. Always helpful and friendly staff, very organized. Very good produce and we buy our bottled water here as well which is the best water on the market with the lowest sodium levels. All in all an awesome store.

Love the seniors hours. Staff are very helpful! Store is clean, although they should continue cleaning the conveyor belts and credit card machines as they did before.

This location is awesome. The online shopping and delivery aspect is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and professional. They go above and beyond when it comes to service. Especially the ecom team. If you are in their delivery area I would highly recommend you check them out. If not, pop into the store for some inperson shopping. The staff I've talked to are all knowledgeable, professional and hometown friendly. They really make you feel like family. I highly recommend this store and location.

Save-On Foods is another of my favorites for groceries.
There is plenty of Free Parking & Handicap Parking .
Public washrooms available.
There is "No Charge" for the Shopping Carts,
However they do charge for the grocery bags now so you may want to bring your own so as to cut down on expenses.
The store is very clean, & set up very well .
The staff -- very friendly & helpful as well if you need help with anything.
The prices tend to be a bit higher on most items though, so please watch for the sales.

The store is clean and well organized. The vegetables and meats are always of the freshest and highest quality. Save on foods is always active in the community, we appreciate this and helps us decide to shop here.

The pharmacy in the store is PHENOMENAL!! The pharmacist went out of her way to get me the medication I needed and she was so kind about everything. I definitely recommend as this pharmacy usually has more quantity of medications when bigger pharmacy’s may not!!

Clean store fresh produce, the bakery is a little small but the deli is a good size and well stocked. The staff here are friendly and helpful

Best Save-on-Foods around the deep voiced meat man is narly ripper. I would go to this location just to say hi to him alone. He always puts a smile on my face and says hi to everyone. Take my money!!! And get in my belly!!!
