Highly recommend Albany dental clinic. I had an excellent experience going in there for the first time. Nora was very welcoming and informative. Energy in the room was amazing from the start to the end. Stephanie (dental hygienist) took care of me, she made me feel comfortable, checking how things felt, making sure everything was all good throughout the cleaning. Overall with the cleaning she did a stellar job✨👌🏽

The whole family comes to Albany dental. I just recently had my yearly checkup and cleaning. Took my youngest for her first ever introduction to the dentist, she did great. Great family friendly services. Very polite, friendly, welcoming and always clean.

Dr. Patrick Kunis is the best dentist out there. He is so knowledgeable and above all polite. I have known him for almost 2 years now. He explains things before starting the procedure. And he always does an amazing job. Well done Dr. Patrick Kunis.

I always have a great experience at Albany Dental! The staff are friendly and professional, there are TVs on the ceiling for you to watch while they are cleaning your teeth, and they have great hours that make it easy to schedule an appointment. Thank you to my dental hygienist, Kaitlyn, for being kind and understanding and also for getting all the coffee stains off my teeth!

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further! Albany Dental is an amazing dental office. I've had a couple cleanings as well as a filling done here and the entire staff is so welcoming and kind. I had a dental cleaning this morning with Kaitlyn and she was amazing. She explained everything really well, was able to answer my questions regarding my dental care and give me some good recommendations to keep my teeth as healthy as possible (I promise I will work on my flossing and youll be very proud in May at my next cleaning! 😊). I highly recommend Kaitlyn as a hygienist as well as Albany Dental as your new dental office. You won't be disappointed!

I love Albany Dental! The staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and accommodating. I just had my wisdom teeth removed and I was very nervous before the appointment. The dentist & hygienist made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the procedure. They worked fast and efficiently and even called a few hours later to see how I was doing. I've never had such a great experience. I would highly recommend Albany Dental to anyone.

The Albany Dental Staff are SUPER Professionals and very friendly for sure, you can tell the moment you contact them to ask a question.

After years of trying multiple Dental clinics in the Edmonton area, I genuinely can say I found a very diligent and precise care, I had an issue with chronic pain comes and goes for years, every other doctor I seen, did a quick check and told me nothing is wrong and pain should go away on its own, and just walk away.

During the first visit, the Doctor took his time to pinpoint what the issue was, now Pain free, I genuinely appreciate to be looked at as a patient, and Not as ($) Customer .

I am very comfortable with there service, their dental equipment is a state of the art and I feel well cared for, and have already referred my family to them, definitely they will be our ongoing family Dentist for sure.

Amazing first time teeth cleaning experience with dental hygienist Kaitlyn. She was very kind, knowledgeable and very caring to her patient. I personally hate the dentist and had a lot of bad experience as a child. I told Kaitlyn my past experience, sensitive teeth and that I cry when it comes to pain. She reassured that it’ll be ok and that they provide numbing rinse and numbing gel. Which worked out great didn’t have much pain at all. She always stopped and asked how I was doing. The ladies at the front were very nice and welcoming as well!

I’m not a fan of dentists due to many bad experiences when I was young. But they were awesome. They showed me more of what’s going on from the X-rays, they took great of me and were knowledgeable even about things they don’t do like sleep apnea devices. They had answers when many dentists just give you the run around. Great place with a great team.

I am not an anxious dental patient, but I have experienced a wide range of quality in dental services. I grew up in a northern rural area - I've had two fillings without freezing because back home they just started drilling and didn't give you any until it REALLY hurt! The team at Albany dental provide the best customer service and the highest quality care I've ever received.

Recently I cracked a molar that required an extraction. Dr. Chao was very clear and professional in developing a care plan with me, giving me all my options and supporting me to select the ones that were right for me. Immediately after the extraction he put in a bone graft to preserve the site and prevent complications from impacting the implant I plan on getting. During the extraction, he and the assistant were always checking to make sure I was comfortable and were both gentle and skilled. I was able to lie back, watch Bridesmaids on Netflix and feel relaxed (as possible when you're getting a tooth pulled) in their capable hands. The administrative team goes above and beyond in working with my insurance providers and is very flexible. I recommend this practice to everyone, it is the best I've ever been to!

I went for my first visit to this dental office yesterday and was very happy with the service. I was greeted promptly and had my insurance coverage explained to me. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was awesome and the dentist was excellent. She showed me my x-rays on a tv screen and explained what treatment would be best for me. Very happy with visit #1 and looking forward to my filling in the new year.

Very pleasant experience! Friendly atmosphere and they listen to your concerns. They are honest and will never push you to go with the extra procedures.

It was my first visit here and wow… wow! First, Kaitlyn was incredible, honestly. She explained everything she was doing and all her “finds n discoveries”… that’s always special! She was extremely gentle and always concerned with my comfort with what she was doing. She was thorough and I felt heard, safe and taken care of. Dr. Nanji was Wowzas too. She addressed all my concerns and also explained all my options and choices to me. I am now well informed. Thank you Albany Dental for a VERY POSITIVE first visit. So glad I switched dentists. If you are looking for exemplary care you won’t go wrong here. I have been seeing the same dentist for over 23 years and the care I received today was the best I have received in all those years.

Excellent experience! Thought my tooth was finished and needed to be pulled after a chunk cracked off. The Dentist was very knowledgeable in informing me that it was still in good shape and a filling (although large) would be able to save the tooth for a few more years! Very happy with the result and highly recommend Albany Dental to everyone!

kaitlyn was my hygienist and i really appreciated how thorough she was during my visit! she took the time to explain everything to me and made sure i was comfortable at all times. my mouth feels so clean thank you kaitlyn!

Finally a clinic that actually charges according to the fee guide. Dentist and hygienist were friendly, efficient and thorough. Overall great experience and happy our family switched to this clinic.

Nora is amazing and so wonderful to deal with!

I had a toothache and my regular doctor doesn't work during the evening so I called Albany Dental and explained my situation and Nora was able to get me in right away before they closed.

The staff here are very professional and kind. They're always on schedule so barely any wait time required. Prices are competitive, hours are very convenient and overall I am very satisfied with my experience at this office.

A couple of days later, I got a call to see how I was doing. That was such a good surprise, and absolutely great service!! Thank you 😊

Edited: 2024-02-23: I needed cleaning really bad and a tooth checked so I called and Nora was able to get me seen at a time that worked for me.

Katie, my hygienist is amazing! She's so knowledgeable and explained so much about the various dental work I've had, by simplifying complicated things so that I can fully understand various dental jargon.

My teeth had so much plaque and I was so nervous as I've had many complications and dental things that went wrong in the last few years, so I avoided and just no longer trust dental offices. Katie's calm, friendly, professional, and patient demeanor put me at ease soon after I met her.

I'm really glad that she was my hygienist, she got me to start enjoying flossing again after a horrible filling experience that make me quit flossing 13 months ago.

Nora, as always, you are incredible to deal with... You are so good at getting any of my paperwork from any office, and finding a time that works best for me. Even though I'm so nervous from having many bad dental experiences, you are always so sweet and patient with me, you listen to all my concerns and make me feel heard. You help me feel more comfortable with wanting to be seen, either for cleaning or by the dentist.

I would definitely recommend Albany Dental. The ladies are very nice and professional. I am very impressed by the cleaning I had. I had some pain jury the cleaning and I was offered a numbing solution to help which made it easier. I really liked that they take before and after photos of your teeth so you can see the work that was done. The front of the office is pretty cool too, they have an old school arcade game with 130 games and nice decor. Thanks again and see you soon for more work.
