Management is very good.
There are good people working here. Store is always clean and very well organized. Things are kept in order and manager is also very polite and is keen on helping customers.

I just recently went through this store I love the customer service. The way they greetings and provide details of ongoing deals on store and this place is very clean also. Soon I visit again thank you

I go here all the time, the frosters and food are really good! It is a super clean place and so are the bathrooms.

Awesome new store! Great Froster flavors and has milkshakes! Great spot to grab a coffee for a movie.

I like the Polar Pop

I was wondering if you're hiring new people

The best circle K in town. Staffs are friendly unlike the other locations. However had issues with the gas pumps.

I went here to use the washroom while I was working and I got in no problem and there was an employee there but then I also wanted a polar pop and they are like 89 cents so it’s pretty cheap anyways when I went to the till there was nobody there so I had to leave my drink and start working again despite how many times I said the word Hello! Nobody answered so I don’t know who was on shift but they left me dissatisfied with the service and I didn’t get my polar pop

Showed up to the store the night before to purchase goods only had a 100$ bill and was told by the employee my money was no good to her as it was 7:00pm at night and she only had an $80 float in the till. When I called the next day to speak to the owner she informed me that they won’t accept 100$ bills as she want to keep change to give other people even tho she said they have change in a safe in the back but It would take approx 5-10 min to access. The female owner was extremely rude on the phone not understanding at all rather very stand off ish and non apologetic. I informed her the gentlemen I deal with who is usually there is always accommodating if I happen to have large denominations she said he is my husband.when I asked why he can always help me but the female can not she had no answer.

I understand stores get robed so not having a full till is what it needs to be for safety reasons however in my opinion if you and your husband are owners why not have at least one of you working with the employee to help deal with situations such as these.or take them money accept the funds lock the store door after the customer leaves for 5 min while you grab more money from the safe.

The customer behind me had a $50 bill and was told the same thing so we both walked out. So explain how that makes sense????? If that’s the case close the store after 5:00 cause you clearly aren’t bringing money in after then anyway!!

I will not be using this store anymore for fuel or anything I’ll push my truck to a different station if it runs out. And as a business owner myself having a fleet of 4 trucks our fuel bill typically every year is around 90,000$ a year so me complaining as a small customer doesn’t matter but let’s see if my 90,000$ a year happens to hurt there pocket book a little bit and make them value there customers rather then treat us like expected income. !!!!!

Train your staff before having them work alone.

Attempted to purchase 2 large denomination gift cards; got charged the full amount, but then only given one card because apparently only one card that high may be activated. So we were told to come back tomorrow, which for this amount of money is not acceptable. Now we are waiting for the money we paid to be refunded, which they can't do onto our debit card (which again seems like a training issue) so we have to get cash, which means waiting for the time delay on the safe.

First and last time setting foot in this store.

Everytime i go to this location i leave disappointed, one time i went in for some lunch around 12 and no food. Went in on a Tuesday morning and was told there were no sales on drinks even though there were signs on the product promoting a sale, apparently it was due to promotions changing over, something I've never heard of even in my years of working in grocery stores, employees won't honor sales even though they're to lazy to remove old signs. Also never promoting there "app" that is suppose to save people money

YOU GOT RID OF PINK CREAM SODA SLURPEE FOR STRAWBERRY FRUITOPIA?!!!!?!?!!!! i will give you 5 stars if you make it come back. fruitopia is a drink NOT slurpee. and to get rid of a classic like that on top of it?! you’re crazy.

Went there at night my friends and we got slurpee cups to obviously get slurpees then the guy working comes running up saying the machine isn’t working…it looked like they were but we didn’t fight it so we decided to get something else to drink instead, we threw out our slurpee cups because that’s unsanitary to put them back and then the guy rudely said he’s charging us for the cups that we threw out like what do you want us to do put them back? You saw us go to get the slurpee cups and didn’t say anything about it being broken until after.

Zero customer service i went there to buy something but i want to use washroom first.. there was a girl who standing on front she was bitting her nails, she didn’t even say hello to even i say thanks at last.. zero customer service
