1 of MANY FF places here in Morinville. It's a Macdonald's..not much wrong with it, from my interactions, the staff is great.

Person who took our money didn't seem to want to be there. Young lady that gave us our drinks was very friendly.

Nice location! They have a nice small outdoor dining space

Changing my review I went yesterday and my junior chicken was cold and I added a bunch of extras so it was like a five dollar Junior chicken that I just threw out but today I went there and their kitchen was closed and they gave me a free coffee when I literally just went to the other McDonald’s and their kitchen was closed and they basically just told me to go away lmao this location depending on who’s working it makes a difference everyone I’ve encountered at this location is really nice but the only thing that might need work is making the food fresh sometimes depending on who’s working you can ask if they can make it fresh that way there’s no possibility to get it not fresh so yeah I’m going to say 4.5 out of five stars very nice would go again

The staff here were very friendly and working very efficiently. I barely had to wait for my order and everything was so fresh. Best meal I have had from any McDonald's in a while.

We occasionally will have McDonald's, and when we do we will always go to this one. We have a family member who is deathly allergic to dairy and will go into anaphylactic shock at the slightest cross-contamination.

For anyone wondering why take the risk? Well - eating the same diet for 32 years gets very boring. So when we find a good one, we stick it out with them!

Very rarely have had an incident where we had cheese on it, and we completely understand that it happens - it's almost second nature to put cheese on out of habit; but either way it's no issue. Due to the severity of the allergy (instead of picking it off) we just zip around and they re-make it on the spot.

We have never had a triggered reaction from eating here and greatly appreciate that. Big shout-out to the team & Tamara. Tamara is *incredibly clear* over the intercom with great enunciation. She is detailed when it comes to the allergy too (she even remembered us!) - plus super friendly!

I always go to this McDonald's and it's very consistent. I work at a car dealership not too far away so we get tons of food from here when we're starving in the morning. There's a really nice lady that works there every morning and she's very pleasant at the drive thru window. Kudos to her for always being so patient, understanding and friendly. 👌👍

Actual service after horribly waiting in the que for 30 minutes at another location. Great eats good service whats not to love!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This location at the corner of St. Albert Trail and Villeneuve has been our go-to location. The sandwiches are always fresh and staff very friendly.

Had an order that was short one item (understandable as they were quite busy and was making them fresh for a few other customers waiting as well). We noticed after we left the location and brought it to their attention. They courteously rectified it once we returned the next day.

Told them of allergies to Onions and they went out of their way to make sure the prep tables were wiped down, the tongs washed and cover their hands with gloves. One of the managers even came to tell me the precautions they took to ensure the safety of our health. I am very impressed with the level of service they gave us! My family and I are very happy!

Went through the drivethru and ordered two McGriddles and Ice coffees. Ate one. Didn’t go to eat the second one till over an hour later, to find they only put one in the bag. Went back and the manager was great! Apologized for the inconvenience. Made me up a fresh one, then I went to purchase another coffee at the same time and he comp’d it for me. Though it was frustrating to be missing the sandwich in the first place, I was close by and it was handled very efficiently and with no issues. Management is great at this location.

Pretty good service, sometimes the coke is flat at this location (out of syrup) and they switch orders late at night or dont get them right. But I gave 5 stars for freshness and they are always quick.

Manger is trying to train people. It works out for me. When the order is wrong, you just go in and get the right one. And they can't take back the wrong food because of Covid, so you get to keep it! Big Mac and a side of free fillet-mc-fish!

If you're picky - always check your order before leaving drive through window...

This McDonald's is a great location because the staff work very hard and serve quality food in a timely fashion. Perhaps cleaning the booths inside after guests leave a little sooner would be nice though.

Simon was a very nice guy. He was very welcoming . I've never really experienced a McDonald's employee that seems like he genuinely cares about people. Good on him👍👍

Good coffee, I got extra cream like I asked. Usually I would have to go in to fix it. Was nice not to have to.

Great customer service and they usually get your order right. Get yourself a plain cheese burger and add an even layer of french fries and reattach bun. You're welcome 😁

We used the Self Ordering machine & our order was received promptly and Correctly !!!

Staff was Polite and Friendly.

Restaurant was cleaned frequently.
