Great selection. Clean store, well stocked, and the best customer service.

I would love to give a shout out to the Bakery staff, for making outstanding custom cupcakes for a Kindergarten class. The cupcakes were a smash hit and I really appreciated that Jasmine used buttercream for the decorations on top, as the kids would be sent home to their parents, on a sugar high.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah from the bakery department. She saved my daughter's birthday. We were suppose to get a custom Cocomelon cake but the local bakery backed out the day of the event.

Sarah fulfilled my daughter's dream of a Cocomelon cake with very little notice. It was beautiful and delicious. I would definitely would come back.

June 9th. I went to Independent first thing in the morning when they opened. When I got to the front to pay, I met a cashier that gives the store a good name. Cynthia made my day. Super friendly and so cheerful. I am a business owner and would love to have an employee that makes my customers have such a great start to their day. Thank you Cynthia. Hope your day was a great one too.

Always impressed by the customer service and their hours in the evening are better than most other grocery stores these days!!

Very nice clean store, but pricey food!

I honestly just love this store. The selection is expansive, the staff are super sweet and there are always really great deals! I went in yesterday and was served by a lovely dude named Ingo (if I remember correctly). His customer service skills are unmatched, talking to him felt easy and he had such a fun energy! If I wasn't already a regular, Ingo definitely would have converted me!

I would like to give a shout out to Cynthia who is one of the front end cashiers at Pearson’s.

I’ve been through Cynthia’s till quite a few times since moving into the area. She is always kind, professional and always has a smile on her face.

I saw her outside of her work yesterday , and started a conversation with her. It was a rough day for me, and she offered kindness and told me to come into the store the next day.

I went into the store today only to have Cynthia purchase me a beautiful bouquet of roses for my birthday, which was the day before. Cynthia has shown that the kindness of strangers can really affect a persons life. If you’re going to pearson’s and happen to be lucky enough to go through Cynthias till, please treat her with kindness because she has a heart of gold.

Great place to shop. If you get there in the morning they usually have some decent 50% off stuff as well. I like that they post things on social media to drive customer traffic. The store is always clean and neat, easy to shop around. Staff are friendly, I always get a hello and asked for assistance by at least one person.

Great service and choices. Produce was much nicer than most. Everything was stocked and shelves looked full. Pricey though.

Fresh produce & nicely arranged, shelves are organized. The cashier at the till is courteous. Had an awesome experience.

Sent my husband to pick up a few things . He does not do reviews . When he got home he told me to thank Cynthia without her I would not have gotten what I asked for . So here’s a big thank you to Cynthia.

Exceptional service. I switched from Superstore because of the long wait times. I was waiting up to 45 minutes some days, and despite speaking to the manager nothing ever changed. This was a very positive thing as I found Independent Grocer instead. Same fantastic prices, most items are in stock, and if they are not they replace them with very similar items. They always give me a call ahead to ask if I need to add anything or make any changes. Best, they are always out within minutes for the pickup service. I never had to wait more than 3 minutes! So yes, the 20 minute drive is well worth it!!! Superstore should take notes on how well this store is doing and apply it to their own staff/ training.

Beautiful store! Everything looks so fresh and clean. Lots of staff restocking and cleaning. I will definitely shop there again! Love that the buggies do not have the coin slot at all and that there are two different sizes of carts. VERY convenient for those that don't have the strength to push the full sized ones around.

Really nice, clean store, new, has a really nice ambiance - surprisingly pleasant for a grocery store. The owners seem personable/friendly and seem to care about the community. Also, the selection and availability is fantastic; I don't know how they do it but they've always had everything we need and normally buy at the bigger stores, and then some. For example, we'd searched for two spices at numerous other grocery stores and come up empty-handed, but this store had both. They also carry products from local companies/local farmers that I haven't seen elsewhere.
