I love this dental office! I have been coming here for over 12 years now and never had a bad experience. Dr. Ross-Kaza is a very friendly, gentle soul who is an exceptional dentist. All the staff are friendly and always happy to help. I highly recommend this office to anyone skittish of dentists.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross-Kasza for almost 25 years. I followed her from Brentwood Bay out to Millstream Village. Everyone at Orchid Dental is extremely friendly and kind. Dr Ross-Kasza is very knowledgeable and professional. My 10 year old also has being going here for the past 7 years and is always well taken care of. Bonus is their location is in the Millstream Village so you can get all your shopping done and also hit up Costco!

Orchid dental is a wonderful local business with great staff who are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Each time I’ve been there, it’s been positive and I’ve recommended them many times to family and friends. Violet and her team are outstanding! 😃

It office was very cold but they got me a blanket and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

I had a cavity filled today. As brave as I think I am, I’m a total chicken.
Thankfully, I didn’t feel a thing, not even the freezing.
The best part was when my coffee was still hot getting back the car. It’s the small wins!

Tawny is my girl! I always have a great experience with her. She’s kind, gentle and efficient. I always feel taken care of by her and the rest of the team at orchid dental.

This was my first time at Orchid Dental and I was happily surprised by how great they were! I don’t feel like anybody particularly enjoys going to the dentist, so having staff that makes the experience as pleasant as possible is a huge plus. The front desk lady that I worked with was an absolute gem, she was super sweet and chatty. The dental hygienist that I had it was the dentists husband, and he was really nice as well. I unfortunately had a small cavity and had to come back a few days later for a filling, and the dentist was amazing as well (both at the original appointment and at my filling appointment).

She asked me questions about my comfort level at the dentist, reassured me repeatedly, offered me a stress ball for when they used the local anesthetic, and was just generally very attentive.

I also hadn’t been to the dentist for a couple of years because of Covid, and they did not chastise me or treat me rudely because of it (which I have run into in the past when I did not go as often as I was supposed to, which compounded my mild nervousness to go to the dentist).

I think that Dr. Ross especially would be amazing for anyone that has a fear of visiting the dentist’s office. :)

Fantastic experience at Orchid today. They noticed we were two weeks shy of my insurance coving the proposed procedures. They let me know so I had option to pay full amount or wait for rebook next appointment. The hygienist was very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. I felt genuinely cared for.

Thoughtful, kind, gentle, positive experience for me and my family. The staff are consistently attentive, warm, and friendly! For someone who has experienced dental trauma as a child, the entire team has helped me overcome my anxieties to the point where I can feel good about giving my daughter the best and most positive dental experiences without projecting any of my past fears.

Excellent cleaning experience as usual at Orchid. Friendly front end staff and were kind enough to be aware of my time as I had several appointments booked same day. Gentle cleaning with an excellent hygienist and dentist!

I would like to start by saying that the dentist and the dental assistants/hygienists and receptionists are all wonderful. They are all very professional, very polite and they do their job very well. I am terrified of freezing needles and the dentist has such a gentle & quick hand that I barely feel anything. I can confidently say I've never been so comfortable. I would absolutely 110% recommend this dentist to other people who are looking for a wonderful trustworthy dentist. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would.

The staff on the front desk are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. The staff behind the front desk are very professional, explain everything so you understand and do a great job. I love this dentist office.
