Had a problem with a battery powered salt and pepper grinder purchased four months ago. Did not have the receipt, but had a credit card statement showing the purchase. No questions asked, and they kindly replace the unit. I was impressed with how they handled the problem with such an inexpensive item. Definitely recommend the Millstream store. Great customer service!
