A place where you will find all that an office or a home office needs! Starting from basic utensils like pencil and erasers to high end photocopy machines and desk chairs, they got it all.

I purchased pens and files for my upcoming project from this branch of Staples and headed off to Tim Hortons for coffee just down the lane. Has bus stops nearby if you want to avail it.

I just wanted to say thank you to Jillian or Julianna for helping me at the print station! I was needing pictures for my travel visa & she worked really hard to try & make sure they were the proper size and format… after I came back to pick up the photos It was brought to my attention that I probably shouldn’t have worn a white hoodie, so she went and grabbed her jacket for me so that I could wear it for my re-take photo instead of coming back another day! Amazing customer service, thank you so much!🙏🏼

Amee gave us a hand printing some items off. She was helpful and so patient. Thanks for the great service!

I got rid of my printer some time ago so when the occasion arises that I must print a hard copy, I'm pretty pleased that places like Staples make it easy to do the job. I had a document in an email that I simply emailed to Staples server while I was at the store, pressed a "print from mobile" and paid with a credit card. I got cheap copies on decent paper at a reasonable price A guy working at the copy centre was helpful as this was new to me. I realize it's dirt cheap these days to buy a printer then toss it when the ink tanks run dry but that's not exactly the best thing for our environment. So thanks for making the job easy Staples.
I also needed to pick up some materials for a simple photo shoot background and another guy working at this store was patient enough to shop around with me until I found what I needed. I sure do appreciate the service. I do a lot of online shopping so it's great when in person shopping has perks like great service.

Today at the Staples in Langford I was helped by Lily. All I did was mention that I had something on hold. She located the product, advised me that since I spent $300 I get a $50 gift card (which I did not know). She then carried the product out to my car for me. It doesn't get any better than that.

I stopped in langford store. After getting horrible service in duncan.
Had a young man Ryan help me find the right printer and he was honest on how much he knew on the different brands.
It is worth drive from duncan to lanford for this incredible service. We need more staff like this young man.
I am definitely going to come here for things I need fom now on.

This Staples is my go-to! The staff are so obliging to help you find exactly what you’re after. I’ve shipped numerous packages from this location as well as purchased needed office supplies. They never disappoint, with a large inventory & helpful friendly staff.

I had some posters printed for my business for Valentine’s day. And not at staples.

But they were wrong and on a Friday night I needed them trimmed. Megan at the desk was super helpful and friendly. She helped me with that for which I am super grateful. I also found some cool printable magnets she was happy to help me cash out.

I spoke to Raj over the phone and then in person about computers. I didn’t end up buying one there as they didn’t carry the model I wanted but he could not have been more helpful.

I use staples for most of my business printing and computer equipment. The staff is super helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I recently upgraded all of my computers and David at the Langford location was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed. He suggested alternate options for custom built Mac’s and a set up that would work for my line of work. He went above and beyond and I’m thankful to have someone so knowledgeable on hand.

We were very pleased with the sales person who helping my husband and I pick a new laptop. She listened and gave thought to what may best suit my needs. She was relaxed and friendly, yet always professional. I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a new laptop, I've experienced pressure tactics and overtly friendly (car salesman mentality) with large purchases in the past. The sales person made us feel she was interested in helping us determine the best suited laptop for my needs, not one with the highest price tag she could get us to consider. The prices was very fare and I'm very pleased with my laptop and and the support services received getting it set up. Being frank, I don't shop often at Staples. (I've just never really visited the store very often, it's not because I think poorly of the store or its services). But, based on this experience I know i'll return. Bottom line, finding a sales person who makes you feel confident in a large purchase is someone who motivates folks to return!

Wanted to leave a big shout out to Joan in the printing department. She was a complete ROCKSTAR. There was a big line up half an hour to close and she handled everyone with kindness, efficiency and expertise. Can't thank her enough for helping with my photos. Thank you Joan!!

I required precise help with printing and scanning needs, when printing out specific important documents. I was very fortunate to have the exceptional help of both Joan and Josh. I watched as they multi- tasked in order to assist several people, including myself. The two staff were patient and diligent in making sure all my requests, as well as other customers, were looked after. I was given a peace of mind.

Joan in the copy and print center was so amazing. She helped me get exactly what I needed done for a project I'm working on, and made sure it was ready exactly as I ordered and exactly when I needed it. She was helpful, kind, funny, and went so far above and beyond to help me out. Way to come through for me!

Pretty nice place, been here a few times for school supplies and what not, staff are quite helpful and rather prompt to asking if they can assist you in any way. The only downside is the parking lot is a bit awkward to get into especially if Costco is really busy but otherwise a really good store so far.
