Everything Wine

I visited this establishment recently and was immediately impressed at the presentation of their wines. I was approached by one of their staff members, Paul, for assistance. He showed me to the area for my desired wine. I then questioned him on his opinions on boxed wines and we discussed the various grapes and producers. After discussing my tastes he recommended a quality brand, to which I bought and tried last night. Just what I wanted. Well done Paul, thank you for your patience and professionalism. I will return again for the great service I received.

There's something for everyone's taste and the staff are so knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you're looking for, even if you don't want what you are looking for! Fantastic variety from all around the world!

Had a staff member moving boxes and restocking the shelves stop everything she was doing just to come help us without even being ask too , awesome customer service combined good prices and a vast collection of beverages .

As a long time satisfied customer, I was surprised that a recent order did not arrive at my house even though the carrier said they had an illegible signature accepting the delivery. A quick call to the Customer Service group, followed up by several e-mails, soon resolved the issue and a replacement order was shipped to me within a few days. Very impressed with this speedy care and attention. They even upgraded two of the bottles from the original missing shipment which were no longer in stock. Thank you Deborah and Heather for your positive professionalism!

Thoroughly enjoying the various wine events organized by Gina. The wine pairing dinners are amazing and the wine tastings most informative. Many thanks to Gina for making these events so enjoyable. Its wonderful to have these events to look forward to.

Fantastic store. I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about wine, I was curious to find something to try.

The employees are FANTASTIC, super helpful, no pretention at all.

I was helped by Johnny, who was awesome. He has so much knowledge about wines and he explained everything so well, he was incredibly passionate about the subject and he really tried to find me something I would love, and didn't try to upsell me anything outside my range and even recommended me to a slightly cheaper wine because he felt it would fit my taste more suitably.

He even helped me find a bottle as a birthday gift for my uncle.

I am incredibly impressed with this store, their selection is impressively extensive, and their staff are really amazing!

They have an incredible selection of wine making it very hard to walk out with just one bottle!!
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable so if you need to pair a wine with your dinner, an event or just the type you like to drink they are more than happy to help you.
Robin is a love, we always get a big hello or wave if she is with another customer. Makes you feel wanted and appreciated, great customer appreciation.

I went into everything wine and was very quickly greeted by Connor. I was looking for a nice bottle of wine as a gift for a special occasion. Connor was able to find a special bottle in the reserve section that matched my budget. The couple that I gave it to said it was the best wine they had had in a long time.

I shop here a couple times a month and have always had a positive experience. I don't recall ever having to wait in a line more than 1 or 2 people and it's usually no wait. Staff eager to help even though I have non existent wine skills. Love the 90+ display. Easy way to fine some highly rated wine to test out. Regularly find bottles in my low price range. Went to two wine tasting events. Learned quite a bit. I'd score those 4/5. Really good but small space for those events which is a bit strange given the large store. Overall really good.

Extremely impressed with the wine selection and clear vegan labeling however it was the customer service that really completed the experience. Shelly (hope I got her name right) made a wonderful suggestion and had so much knowledge with my very specific search! The other woman working the till also went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

Fabulous selection of wine with very knowledgeable staff. You can come in looking for a bottle to go with a certain type of meal and they will give you a selection in the price range you choose. If you find a couple of bottles of the same variatal and are unsure which to purchase the staff will give you a breakdown of their qualities. And if they are unsure will direct a staff member to you that does know.
Currently there are many gift baskets to choose from along with all sort of supporting products for wine.
Well worth a visit and each day from 2 to 6 they have featured wines for tasting

Excellent help and very knowledgeable staff. Good selection of wines from all over the world. Have shopped here before but going into the vintage room and talking wine was enlightening. Will go again to find premier wines for special occasions.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I was searching for very specific styles of wine for WSET courses and left the store with 20 bottles of reasonably priced wines that I couldn't have chosen myself. I'm very excited to try each of these in the coming weeks.

I walked in and was instantly assisted by an amazing associate, Callum Heap. I can not state this enough, 5 star service, great prices, and super knowledgeable staff. If you are a wino Everything Wine (especially Callum) are phenomenal. You will see me again!

Moved to the area fairly recently, and this was my first time going into this store. I needed help finding a sparkling wine, and the staff were quick to help. They were super friendly and showed me different price options for any budget, and when they weren't sure of something, they received help from their coworkers that did know. Would definitely recommend this location, thanks again! :)

As a self-proclaimed oenophile this place is basically heaven on Earth. Fantastic WAREHOUSE of wines ranging from the everyday to the special occasion wines. I can always find what I’m looking for, staff are willing to assist and I can even grab a cider or two while I’m at it. Love the sale events too.

Great wine store for those of us in Langford. Pretty good selection from high end wines to more average ones and helpful staff. My only suggestion is it's a large store so they could carry even more choices!
