A nice quiet day, no crowds so I’m sure that helps. The staff was really helpful and I got the exact item I came for. The shelves looked well stocked and the store is clean and tidy. Easy location to find and ample parking.

I was surprised how friendly the staff are at this store. They are always willing and happy to help. I have never seen more than a few customers in the store and never any lineups. I had a faulty item one time, and they took it back, no questions asked. I will continue to shop at this Best Buy.

The manager Cole was fantastic in helping me with what I needed. He has a great attitude and a great personality and I would definitely do business there again and again. The geek squad was also fantastic and helping me and my endeavors with my tablet. I would definitely give these guys a five-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and I will always return for all my electronic equipment. I went to this location of Best Buy and I was treated by the most friendly worker names em. They were educated on all my 1 million questions. They also were very helpful and knew so much about my iPhone. I would say one of the best and most compassionate workers I’ve ever encountered.

My dad, my brother and myself came in today to upgrade to 3 new phones as my phone broke earlier that day.
The staff at Best Buy at the langford location where the best staff me and my family have ever interacted with.
They where always polite, helpful and honest. Abbey was so helpful and kind and worked for hours to help assist us. Payton helped us with a positive attitude and was so nice. Alanna worked for over 6 hours to help us and the entire time she was kind, compassionate and each of them went above and beyond to help us. Alanna even stayed over her shift to try and help us and was so amazingly kind. Even the store manager gave me and my family free drinks while we where dealing with our phones.
Alanna, Abbey and Payton were not only amazing staff but genuinely amazing people and we couldn’t have been more grateful that they took the time and energy to help us! Thank you so much Alanna, Abbey and Payton! You are amazing!

Paul from geek squad is so amazing. Helped us two days in a row doesn’t mind all the questions and over all a amazing guy. Very knowledgeable tries his best even tho we can’t figure out what’s going on with my pc. He will strive to get you the best deal even if it’s a complete stranger. Everyone should be like Paul

Reserve and pickup is so easy here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything for my home office setup. They also helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my husband!

This review is for the mobile phone department specifically. These guys are so helpful and have always been really good to me! I trust them fully. They have helped me with 2 new phones now, and both times has been a good experience. Sohan has been there both times, and is such a nice and helpful person. The second time was Brandon, and he was so patient with me and took about 3 hours helping me switch services!
I highly recommend them for your phone needs! :)

I was pleasantly surprised how great the service here was. Went in to buy a new computer. The salesman we dealt with really knew his stuff. He knew the answer to every question we had and spent almost an entire hour with us.

Non commissioned sales people is definitely the way to go.

Been going here for years, back when they were still future shop, to get electronics as it's usually on my way. It's easy to get to and usually not too busy either. Selection is good and on par with what you could find online. So if you don't want to wait for shipping, it's a good choice. Staff have been good and aren't pushy as they aren't commission.
