Rusticana Grocery

Rusticana is my go to place to pick up and sandwich or some snacks when I'm in a hurry. They have a wide variety of food and produce for one to create a memorable meal at home. Thanks for evolving over the years and for keeping things fresh!

Coming to Canmore over the years I’ve been very fortunate to watch Rusty’s grow and evolve. Each time I visit they seem to have more and more to offer. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. A real “jack of all trades” location, where you can grab a coffee and some snacks or to stock up on some essentials for the kitchen. Always a fun stop when exploring Main Street!

Love their support for local small businesses. Staff and owners have always been amazing in the many times i have been in here. The store is very cute and organized and I feel very welcome every time I come. Thank you =)

Just wanted to give a shout out and a thank you to Steph, Josh, and Jennifer at Rusticana Cafe and Grocery. Been coming to Canmore for years and love what they have done to the place. Great food, coffee and Gluten free selection and information. Hands down if you would like no nonsense great food,coffee, and need some groceries/snacks for the fridge, this is the place to go.
Or if you're killing time while your partner is in surgery...😕

Awesome local grocer/corner store. They carry allot of locally made products like soaps and baked goods. Bought a fabulous Egyptian sour dough loaf and herb and cheese focaccia buns made by the Uprising bakery. Best focaccia I've ever had! It was amazingly savoury and chewy. Highly recommended stopping in Rusticana for a treat! Check out their freezer for a nice selection of locally made vegan soups and meat pies from Vallbella or a wholesome vegan meal from An Edible life eatery.

Rusticana was the perfect place for us during our trip to Canmore/Banff area. We could easily grab snacks and groceries, and we stopped in EVERY DAY to get sandwiches from the sandwich bar/deli for lunches. They were so yummy and perfect for packing in a cooler for picnics and lunches on the go. Highly recommend!

Haven’t had a sandwich that tasty and fresh in a long time. Fresh roasted chicken, cranberry and Brie on a baguette!! So delicious. What a find! Will be back. Staff we so kind and helpful. Our new favourite.

The new sandwich counter is incredible! I’m afraid to say it but it’s gotta be said, best sandwiches in town!!! Great people and quick service. Love to see a local business putting out an amazing option for its community.

Great alternative to having to go to the grocery store. Everything you need for a fresh healthy dinner. Travis is always welcoming and friendly. Surprised at how many different products they have in such a small space, lots of great local products.

Have supported this amazing groceteria for years. I did notice several lineal feet of Valbella products still on their shelves. I would be interested to know how and if they will address the recent hateful comments from the now ex president of Valbella in any way?

Perfect little store for all your food needs. They bring in a lot of unique local items which so far everything we have tried have been delicious. Prices are reasonable for the size of store and very friendly staff.

Not only is this the best little local corner store in Canmore for every need, the man who helped me tonight was amazing. I didn’t feel safe waiting outside for a taxi as I was being harassed and had already been followed into the store and he let me stay and made sure I was safe there until the taxi arrived. Thank you so much sir!!

This store is full of happy friendly interesting and diverse sales people great local store open really late great selection of tobacco Maybe a little pricey but in canmore Comes to be expected Really good at supporting local business really great bread section and vegetables and fruits never had a bad experience in the store the salsa they sell is soooo great, really fresh !

Interesting little corner/grocery store. I bought a few random little foods (local) like cashew sour creme from banff and nelson BC brewery tofu and am pleased. I will be back to come poke around for local goodies 😜

Warm and friendly atmosphere, amazing selection of local products, wonderful shopping experience overall. Nothing beats Rusticana!!
