Great store. Loads of stuff and good range of freshly prepared meals, deli stuff, charcuterie boards etc good for picnics on hikes and drives for tourists. Seems cheaper than Safeway next door. Free parking by scanning QR code and registering plate. Staff really friendly - as visitors we didn’t have the members card but chap behind the till today kindly scanned the store’s card to get us the discounts. Such a nice gesture and a really friendly guy. Credit to the store.

Great store! So many wonderful selections. I was really surprised at the number of options for gluten-free foods as well. Wish this was closer to my home!

I know it is “just” a grocery store but it is better than that. If you need some one to answer a question they are available. If you can’t find something they are present. They actually stock shelves during the day. I ordered Party Platters for a Sunday morning and it was complete, on time and “More” than I expected. Value for the dollars was great. Thank You Save On for being part of our community.

Excellent location and the store was kept bright, clean and well-organized. A friend who was with us commented on how friendly the overall atmosphere was. Also happy to see Save-On is keeping the prices here low and in line with their other locations despite the more touristy locale. If you’re here in the evening you’ll also get to catch the sunset over the parking lot.

They have a Poke bar!! Their Seafood Deli is amazing and every Save On should do this.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Sierra (cashier) was extremely friendly and had great manners! She also didn’t hesitate to engage into conversation when I was at checkout. I will definitely continue to come here for her!

Great Apple fritters! Also a great place to sit and have a snack either at the in-storw Tim Hortons or by the checkout. USB outlets available.

One of our stops when we are at Canmore. Has reasonable priced items, they are a little bit more than Calgary but given that they are in Canmore the prices make sense. Very clean, friendly, and well maintained.

Big store. Tim Horton’s inside. Pharmacy too, Deli, big bakery. Ready made food.

What a wonderful guy. Jeff the store manager is a star. No English Dinner Ssusages on the shelves so Jeff went routing out back and found some. Just eaten them, they were delicious. Thanks Jeff you made 3 Brits very happy.

This was the place we preferred for our vacation in Canmore and writing this reviews as a tourist and not a local.

Most of the time store is not too crowded so we managed to get around pretty freely. Prices are low, selections are great.

Ready to go food section have great tasting food. Especially the salad bar is great.

They have self checkouts and everything runs smoothly.

Overall, glad we chose this place.

Quick shopping and convenient parking. They seem to always have a spot open, but you do have to find it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have the selection you would expect from any store. It’s a quick way to get what you need and get back to enjoying the area.

I will start by saying the 5 star rating is for Christa, at the customer service desk not for the store or the rest of the staff. In fact the service was disappointing.
The store displays sale prices on many items, however these are only for customers with a loyalty card. For an out-of-town/province visitor this is unusual and not expected. We only learned at checkout about the sale prices requiring the loyalty card. Since we didn't have one we overpaid $30. The cashier did not offer us a loyalty card.
We left one bag of groceries behind (our fault)...food worth about $40. I returned next day, at 7am to see if the staff found our groceries. Two associates looked in a file and said there is nothing about my left-behind-groceries. I even pointed to a hand written note in the file, showing one of the items from the bag I left. They said it was not mine.
I returned in the evening and talked to Christa at the cust. service desk. She found the note about my groceries immediately, it was exactly what I pointed out to the associates in the morning. Christa helped me get the items I left behind. Christa also noticed that I overpaid $30 since I didn't have a loyalty card and indicated that the cashier should have offered one. Christa offered me the membership card and made things right.
Amazing service by Christa, disappointing service by other staffers and equally disappointing store practice on merchandise pricing.

Good location with a nice variety of products, and good premade foods if you are looking for a picnic or a quick meal.

The easy to connect wifi is a great bonus too.

Save on foods in Canmore can be a zoo on the first Tuesday of the month when purchases over $50 receive a 15% discount, so be prepared for lineups at checkout. The staff are always helpful. The pharmacy and pharmacists are THE BEST I've ever dealt with.

Great grocery store. It had everything I required and there is a Tims inside
