Outstanding customer service and friendly staff! We recently were visiting from the States and bought a mug that I unfortunately did not wrap well enough and it was damaged on the flight home. We emailed the store explaining the situation and they sent us a free replacement mug! We truly appreciate the kindness and getting to enjoy the mug now in Richmond, VA. Thank you again!

New addition to Canmore (there is one in Banff too). Really nice clean and simple store with lots of different designs based of Canmore and the Outdoors. Tons of shirts, hoodies, hats and more for Men and Women. Normally these kinds of stores I’d expect really tacky designs and ridiculous prices (tbh was expecting a tourist trap but was pleasantly surprised) The designs are simple and clean and the prices were fair, even surprising for an area like Canmore. I have worn the green shirt probably ten times already, super soft and fits great.

Good store with very friendly accommodating staff. We bought a mug and also a fuzzy fleece that is adored by the person we gave it to. An enjoyable store worth stopping in on.

We had out of town family in for a visit. She wanted a few Canmore branded souvenirs for herself and friends. Well, we found everything we wanted and more in the store. We found some great items at reasonable prices and nice quality too.

New store in Canmore with really good selection of tops, hoodies and mugs.
Some stuff is crazy overpriced but there is a lot of good deals, too.
Lady working there was very polite and chatty. Sure, I will be back.

They have some really cool things, lots of sweaters and t-shirts along with some local goods. It is incredibly expensive for what they sell though. I would suggest shopping elsewhere due to this.
